Bayview The Beach Resort

Bayview has managed to keep the property in pristine condition despite the lack of tourist and the escalating tension. They have managed to keep the same professionalism and service despite the difficult conditions. Looking forward to be back very soon and spend a whole week .

Exceptional service with a smile from being picked up at the airport to being dropped back 5 days later. The manager came and spoke to us almost every day. The food was excellent and the setting is gorgeous with a view from the check in desk to the pool and the beach. Staff were very knowledgeable about the local area and there are tuk tuk at the front entrance to take you exploring. I would definitely stay here again.

一つだけ残念なポイントは、朝食。
種類が少なく連泊者には飽きてしまう。

very nice hotel right on the beach. Large and comfortable bungalows on the beach. Good breakfast, cooked to order. Friendly staff. Overpriced in that season (New year' eve).

Hatten ein super neu renoviertes Zimmer, war alles super schön, sehr sehr geräumig, waren sehr zufrieden, Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

ロケーションも良く、次回はもっと長く滞在したいと思います、ただスタッフの対応がいまいちで何かしら、雑な対応が残念でした。

Everything was perfect. The attention to details was above and beyond of what you would expect.
Great people and management

I have stayed here previously and knew what to expect. I was not disappointed. Service was excellent. The nearness to a nice walking beach a giant plus. The garden view room was nice, but not as nice as the beach/ocean view ones. If you stay here and they are available, do yourself a favor and get the ocean view rooms.

Moderne, gepflegte Zimmer, schöner Pool, grosszügiges Frühstücksbuffet, gute Lage direkt am Ngapali Beach... Alles bestens, sehr empfehlenswert.

I stayed two nights there with my 9 years daughter.
Most of the guests were western people.
They were enjoying calm resort with reading books or sleeping on the couch.

Not a great hotel for the price, and I would not stay again.
If you pay for the seaside room it may be better. We had garden view room which still cost a lot and there was not ocean view, but it was advertised to have an ocean view. We had a view of the restaurant. We asked to be moved but could not until the following day, even if we were willing to pay extra.

Most of the staff were well trained and attentive. Great breakfast buffet for a boutique hotel. Nice pool, and fantastic beach bar for meals and sundowners. Some of the best garlic and butter tiger prawns I've ever eaten! Even though I was unlucky to be there as the monsoon started and a tropical storm meant constant rain, I had a very relaxing 48 hours.

Such a lovely experience! The hotel had a transfer directly from the airport and everything was great from there. Very big room with comfy bed and excellent shower. The beach was clean and plenty of sun beds. Best toilet paper in the whole of Myanmar :)

Great hotel right on Ngapali beach. The location could not be better. Management team are excellent & very accessible. Room is showing a signs of wear & tear and will need updating in next few years. Slight problem with ants/bugs but so close to the beach - this is totally out of the control of any hotel. Some insect spray in the room would be a great idea.
Internet is slow & erratic but this is typical throughout Myanmar. Restaurant is good - wide & varied menu although slightly expensive given other nearby alternatives.
Laundry is overpriced when compared to similar hotels in Myanmar.
I was on my own & most guests were couples or small groups of friends. Average age group of guests would be over 50 with many Germans.
Breakfast was good with a wide variety of dishes on offer & good service from waiting staff.

Loved this place, could have happily stayed longer we could. Nice beach and pool (pool was slightly cold, but OK). Try and get one of the beach front rooms - they are the best. Nothing wrong with the others - just nicer to be able to walk out your door directly onto the beach. Clean rooms and restaurant. We were a family of four (2 adults + 2 teenage kids). Nothing to worry about

We booked a garden view bungalow which was more private than the sea view bungalow we moved to. The bungalows were joined so not as private as the bungalows at the hotels nearby. I'd recommend just booking the cheaper smaller normal rooms. The service and staff were amazing as was the breakfast. The pool, private beach and location were perfect! The spa was more expensive than what we would pay in Australia. I would recommend using the ones outside the hotel as well as the restaurants nearby as they were cost effective.

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay at the Bayview Resort. WE were very impressed by the attention given to guests by the manager and his assistant; very friendly and competent. Great location on clean beach with lovely warm and clean water and plenty of small beach resto for casual eating. We used the SPA for massage and a body scrub and were delighted with the professional approach of the staff and comfort of the facility.Internet connection was weak in the area affecting all the hotels on the beach.

Second stay at Bayview and didn't disappoint, breakfasts offer more choice than last year and everything else is just as good.

Stayed in Ngapali beach 2 of the 10 days in Myanmar. My significant other and I wished we stayed longer! The management team was present at all times. We were welcomed and checked in with during breakfast as well as went out of their way to wish us farewell once we left! They Made sure the hotel was running like a well oiled machine. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. If we are ever back in Ngapali beach I would stay again! Highly recommended.

Thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable stay at the Bayview after 2 busy weeks of travelling around Burma.
Nothing is too much for the staff here, the rooms are very comfortable and huge, the breakfast is great, food in the restaurant also good (slightly more than the local restaurants which I would also recommend you try for great seafood) and the spa is very relaxing and the spa staff are well trained.
The beach here is great, plenty of sun beds for everyone and an amazing pool for when it gets too hot and you need to cool down!
