Grace Treasure Hotel

I requested for refund as there is no booking confirmation at all when I arrived at the hotel.

Hotel.com refused to refund back to me.

Please advised.

Hôtel confortable, chambre double avec climatisation et autres équipements de qualité bon wifi et très bon petits déjeuners inclus. Malheureusement le bruit de la circulation est tout de même important.

Chambres spacieuses et propres. Personnel souriant et extrêmement attentionné. Petit-déjeuner copieux, restaurant délicieux et abordable. Agréable quartier pour découvrir et partager la vie quotidienne des habitants de Yangon.

近くにコンビにもあって、便利です。
チャイナタウンやダウンタウンも近いので便利です。
リーズナブルな料金なので、それなりです。
メイン通り側の部屋だとトラックの音などうるさいです。

It was good. When I arrived they did not have a room for me. So they had to up grade to a Deluxe roomfor 2 days. There was a lot of issues with the management and owners of the hotel. The whole staff was great, including the management. 5 days into my stay I was informed by the management that he and his assint had been fired by the owners. I notice that the owners are hard to get along with. Since my last stay in March / April of this year 2017 for 28 days, and there has been 4 changes of management. It know that the owners will not allow the management team to do their "Jobs" as required, with out any permision from them. I think the problem is the owners, staff is good.

ヤンゴン滞在中いろいろレストランに行ったけど、ここの屋上レストランで食べたディナーが一番おいしかった。安いし。
中心部からはちょっと離れるけど、まぁヤンゴンはどこもタクシーが必要だから立地もそこまで気にはならないと思います。
スタッフもみんな美男美女でとっても親切。
またここに泊まると思う。

他の同価格帯のホテルに比べ、安価できれい、朝食もおいしいホテルです。
ダウンタウンからやや遠いこともあり、上記のようなコストパフォーマンスの高さになったのかなと思います。
従業員はフロントの人は完璧でしたが、屋上のボーイは全員不慣れな感じを受けました。しかし悪い感じは受けませんでした。
部屋には湯船があり、水量も豊富でかなり快適でした。

we stayed there for 3 nights and all 2 days we need to call and request to make up room at 4pm.

Amazing and helpfull staff! A little bit far from the atractions, but more calm. You can take a cab to the center and the cost is about 3 dollars. Very clean and they have a very good breakfast.

Hotel is in a remote area far to the west of both the town center, AND: far to the west of the point on your map! Neighborhood is old and funky, with a few modern establishments nearby. A taxi ride is necessary to go most anywhere, unless you can figure out the local city rail line nearby. Took previous advice and paid $ 5 extra for a superior room. It was excellent: with a great view of the crumbling neighborhood and of Shwedagon Pagoda, a real bathtub with hot shower, spacious room with wood floors, and a TV with lots of (action) movie stations.
Breakfast: disappointing all Asian fare, no problem. All cold! Problem. Maybe hot at 6AM.

It was a short 3D2N stay. I check it early - 10.30am. The hotel staff quickly prepare my check in. They are all friendly and helpful with smiles. One thing to improve is their breakfast. Buffet Breakfast is prepared from 6.30am. Very early timing and the food turns quite cold when I went to eat at 8am.

친절한 스탭, 청결한 객실, 다운타운에서 거리 좀 있으나 버스로 이용 가능, 무난한 조식. 양곤에서 이 정도면 가성비 좋은 호텔이라 할만 함

The hotel room and breakfast were fine.
The one complaint we have is that it was away from downtown and we had trouble finding places to eat that were close by.

The hotel is a nice little hotel located just off the main road. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and had a mini bar, safe, coffee, and cable. The shower was decent, and the bed comfortable. We found the hotel a little out of the way of the center, which is great if you want to avoid the crazyiness of Yangon. You will need to taxi to all the main places of interest. We didn't have the best sleep here, because the surrounding neighborhood was s little loud, with dogs, chickens and cars. But tbh I'm not sure you would be guaranteed not to get this at any of the hotels. We enjoyed the Asian breakfast,

Accueil sympathique , souriant et serviable. La chambre spacieuse, calme le ménage quotidien reste superficiel. Le restaurant sert de bon petit plat. Assez proche du train circulaire, ce qui met le centre-ville à 200 kiats de l'hôtel.

Très bon hôtel le personnel est accueillant et fait tout son possible pour être agréable.
Les chambres sont d'une propreté impeccable.
Pdj asiatique pour les autres pain de mie grillé beurre confiture ! Un peu léger.
