Great location for dining and being close to Louvre, Notre-Dame, and metro options. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, considering that it’s in Paris. We enjoyed the breakfast twice and would’ve chosen to enjoy it more if we didn’t have such early tickets to attractions. The staff were lovely, regularly made us feel welcome, shared information, and greeted us every time we walked through the small lobby. We would definitely return.

We were upgraded to a bigger room. That was a plus right away! The room was large, great balcony and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were so pleasant, a bonjour or au revoir every time we were in the lobby. And the also left out baked goods in the lobby……chocolate croissants…..mmm!

The location is excellent for walking to major destinations

The location is great for easy access to the Metro and RER. It's also superb for walkable access to restaurants, shopping, and galleries. The staff are always friendly and multilingual, the rooms are clean and have had updating.

Despite being a 3-star hotel, this hotel genuinely felt like a 4-star hotel due to the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, and the quality and design of the rooms, this was a much better hotel than a lot of 4-star hotels we have stayed in Paris before

The location was excellent for visiting the Louvre, the Orsay, and even Notre Dame. The staff was outstanding -- very helpful in both French and English. There was a functional lift, which was a bonus.

The rooms themselves were quite simple. I would consider them larger than many European rooms. But they were very dark, with few plugs for phones and appliances. The floor is uneven, as can be expected in old buildings. But the bed in one of our rooms was also quite uneven, suggesting the need for a new mattress or frame.

The hotel lost hot water while we were there. It was restored later the same day.

The bathroom was devoid of any plug except for a razor. And the mounted hair dryer had seen better days.

There is no on-site bar or restaurant. But staff recommendations nearby were excellent.

Overall, the hotel was functional. But it would benefit from some updates and amenities.

Outstanding boutique hotel in St Germain near the Seine. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable; the rooms spotless and lovely and overall a yurt oasis.

Our stay was from Dec 31mtomJan 4. We had an issue with the heating in the room (room 1) and was only sorted a couple of days due to the holiday. Despite this, we had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast and the service at breakfast was more than what you would expect from a 3 star! The gentleman in charge of the service was efficient, helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is in one of the very chic neighborhoods - restaurants, bars and shopping all within walking distance. The hotel’s small courtyard is also very pleasant. Will definitely be back.
