Mình vừa có dịp nghỉ tại khách sạn này và thực sự rất hài lòng từ dịch vụ đến không gian. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, thoáng mát, được chuẩn bị kỹ lưỡng và rất thoải mái. Không gian yên tĩnh, phù hợp để nghỉ dưỡng sau những ngày làm việc căng thẳng.
Điểm cộng lớn nhất chính là đội ngũ nhân viên, đặc biệt là bạn Liêu. Bạn rất nhiệt tình, thân thiện và luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khách hàng một cách nhanh chóng, chu đáo. Từ lúc checkin đến khi check out, mình đều cảm nhận được sự chuyên nghiệp và tận tâm.
Chắc chắn mình sẽ quay lại trong thời gian tới và sẽ giới thiệu cho bạn bè, người thân. Rất đáng để trải nghiệm!

Location location location, and affordable with lovely staff.
Pros:

The location and price are excellent. The staff were lovely and helpful.

Cons:

The room wasn't quite as good as it looks in the photos. It is opposite the hospital so pretty busy but surprisingly not noisy at night

Нормальный отель за свою цену. На 1-2 дня остановиться можно, выходит на шумную улицу на которой больница, поэтому с самого утра много шума. Расположение неплохое, рядом с озером. Дружелюбный персонал.

Cons:

Окна раздвижного типа не закрывались до конца, была щель в 5 мм, поэтому и ощущение что с открытым окном. На полках быль, такая что можно рисовать

Unkompliziertes nettes Personal

Cons:

Wir konnten zwar die Toilette am Gang benutzen, da unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig war, diese war jedoch nicht sehr sauber.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral aber es ist auch ein Krankenhaus gegenüber. Dies hat uns aber weniger gestört, als eine alte Dame die die ganze Nacht mit ihrem Fahrrad und einem Lautsprecher um das Hotel fuhr und so die Schlafqualität erheblich minderte.

Geen aanrader. Veel mooiere hotels te vinden in dezelfde prijsklasse

Kamer was ok maar wel erg oud. Receptioniste was erg aardig

Cons:

Niet schoon, vieze asbak op balkon, geen geluids dichte ramen dus veel lawaai ‘s nachts. 1 minuut warm water uit de douche.

Ontbijt was een aanfluiting. Vieze tafels, werd niet aangevuld, ongeïnteresseerde jongen die de boel zonder enige aandacht regelde.

Hotel ligt helemaal niet in historische stadshart, dat is bijna een km lopen.

The place is much dated - photos seems to be taken perhaps 20 years ago? Towels is bare thin, room was not cleaned at all for 5 nights stay. Tv isn’t working. Not sound proofed. Place feels damp, certain spots on wall water damage. Breakfast was not as photos. Front staff member Tom was helpful and friendly.
Good aircon.
The place have seen better days and no much care or love for a long while.

The only positive point was the location that is right in the middle of the chaos.

Cons:

I stayed only one night and the hotel is a bit of a catfish. It's not like the photos. Bathroom is quite tight. I like firm mattress. But, this one is beyond hard and not comfy. The hotel is old and wouldn't stay again.
