決して清潔ではなかったが、無理というほど汚いわけではなく、一日で慣れる。
歩き回るのに立地はよく、美味しいローカルフードのお店も近くに点在。
目の前が病院のため、朝早くから通りには人が多く、少しうるさかった。

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They organised an excellent tour to Ha Long Bay for us at a reasonable price. Rooms serviced everyday. Breakfast was basic but enough. Room was small and beds very hard, but comfortable.

Bien situé dans la vieille ville, le personnel est aimable et attentif. Le quartier est tres vivant et parfois un peu bruyant.Le petit dejeuner buffet etait bon et suffisament varié

The staff were so friendly and the surrounding environment was so good for the price that it was a pleasant trip for 7 days. I will use it next time when I visit Hanoi.

Morgenmad ok.
Meget hjælpsomme receptionister phong, lieu og Phu både til at opbevare vores bagage gratis ifbm 2-dages udflugt, og da vi fik brug for at booke et værelse bare et halvt døgn inden afrejse kl 22.30, var de meget hjælpsomme ifht en reduceret pris.

It’s a too bad hotel in every coner.

The location is excellent because everything is near. There is only a walking distance to the Sword Lake. My room was so quiet that I slept like a baby. Lily at the reception is a wonderful and helpful person, and all the other staff members are nice and friendly, too. Thus, I recommend this hotel!

Although I did not get the room with patio that I booked, the staff was very accommodating. The staff was awesome in assisting wirh city walking tour and Halong Bay tour.
Even helped me in getting black garlic delivered. Will definitely recommend this hotel

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable beds but the family room was very small, dark and cramped. The safe and TV didn't work and the air conditioning was very very noisy. When we told staff, they said they would look at it tomorrow, but tomorrow never came.

There is really nothing other than the location that I would say that we liked about the property

事前の対応も良く、タクシーの手配も問題有りませんでした。
ホテルのロケーションは観光に最適でした。大聖堂や湖に歩いて行けます。

二泊予約しました。
一泊目は何故か別のホテルへ回されました。
二泊目は予約したホテルに入れたのですが予約した部屋と違う部屋でした。たしか、追加料金を払って景色が見れるような部屋を予約したはずだったので残念でした。ですが、スタッフの方がフライト時間や現地での買い物などを気にかけてくれとても安心して宿泊できました。

2020.2월 3박 중간층 발코니방에 묶었습니다.
직원 모두 고객 친절 마인드가 몸에 배어 있습니다. 가끔 살짝 부담스러울 정도지만 아주 맘에 들었습니다. 영어 소통도 원활했습니다.
저가 호텔이다 보니 여행사와 연계하여 관광상품들을 팔아 수익을 더 내려하는 걸로 보이네요. 처음 체크인하면 웰컴쥬스 마시면서 하노이 소개를 하면서 관련 얘기를 합니다. 저는 하노이가 처음도 아니고 자유여행을 추구하는지라 다 거절하였습니다. 더 이상 집요하게 설명하지는 않아 좋았습니다.
2월이면 여기 겨울인데도 방에서 개미가 조금 있습니다. 옆방에 애기가 한밤중에 계속 울어 제대로 잠을 못잤습니다. 보일러 용량이 적은지 뜨거운 물이 시원히 나오진 않네요. 발코니 방이 아니었다면 많이 실망했을겁니다. 다른 방은 창문이 없는 곳도 있어 보입니다.
그럼에도 이 호텔에 좋은 점수를 주고 싶은 이유는 가격대비 하노이에서 이만한 곳이 없기 때문입니다. 여러 리뷰에서 언급되었듯이 조식 및 근처 접근성이 아주 좋습니다. 바로 옆 편의점. 세탁소. 반미, 카페가 다 있어 하루를 정리하기 좋습니다. 조식은 호텔 아래층 카페에서 먹는데 만족스러웠습니다. 매일 330ml 물은 인원수만큼 무료이고 수건도 인원수만큼 매일 갈아줍니다.

제가 이렇게 자세히 쓰는 이유는 이번 하노이 여행에서 에어비엔비로 큰 사기?를 당했고 호텔리뷰가 얼마나 중요한지 절실히 깨달았기 때문입니다. 한국분들 즐거운 하노이 여행하시고 관광지가 다 그렇듯 호갱을 노리는 사람들이 많으니, 잘 알아보시고 즐거운 여행하시기 바랍니다.

I think this place is overrated. We stayed in family suite that states to be 45 meters. The room is at most 25 meters. There was a horrible smell of sewege in the room that staff member was trying to convince us was coming from outside. Hardly possible on the 8th floor. Air conditioning was broken and we couldnt use it at all during our stay

Clean room but sometimes hot shower needs time for working well.

하노이에서 조용한 호텔이고, 위치도 좋아요. 아침은 뷔폐식인데 쌀국수랑 계란요리 주문 돼요. 맛 좋음! 직원 모두 엄청 친절하고, 전체적으로 우수합니다.
