Pros:

Best service .. fast delivery

Cons:

Only request room for smoking only n the one not smoking give diff level .. the smell of the tobacco spread the whole alley.

周囲は日本食レストランが多い。また近くにパパイヤというスーパーがありビールや日常品の買い物に便利。朝、チェックアウトが早かったがホテル側から朝食パックにしましょうか？と言ってくれて良心的でした。また泊まります。

rusty old unmaintained hotel with great staff. comfortable and large size bed.
Pros:

The room size and the staff are very good.

Cons:

No minibar, the fridge didnt worked, the shower water was very weak, very old and non maintained. the windows were thin and noisy.

Cons:

The room is not soundproof and smelly!
My friend and I can't really sleep, because the noise of people talking on the street even we're stay at 6th floor. There's so many sounds of the door being open, closed, and knocking.
Plus, the room is damp, the sheets are not really clean, and smells musty.

Very old and tired....
Pros:

I was booked in to this place by some colleagues as it was near to the office I was visiting. I don't know Jakarta at all, but the location seemed great in terms of the immediate environs as there are malls, loads of restaurants and street markets nearby, as well as convenience stores. So very convenient location. Other good aspects: the bed was large and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and kind. That's about all the good side. The main bad point is that the hotel is both extremely dated, having tacky dated decor and fittings, but far worse, it's totally dilapidated. Everything is old, nasty and deteriorated. In my room, basically everything was damaged, dirty and old - dirty, crumbling walls; worn & holed carpets, and so on. In the bathroom the grouting was mouldy, things falling apart and just generally skanky. It's just waaaay too neglected and old and should have refurbed about 10 yrs ago. The shower was just a trickle - just not enough water to have a proper shower. Internet was ok but not great, and the breakfast was sub-par. Were I staying for more than 2 nights I definitely would have checked out and moved to one of the many other hotels nearby. Note: I didn't pay for my stay and have no idea what the cost is - I can only presume that it's very cheap. My advice - avoid!

What concerns me is the significant inconsistency in the quality of the staff. With housekeeping, it wasn't just once or twice that there were insufficient towels, or that drinking water and tissues weren't replenished.

The security staff's attitudes also varied, and although things improved considerably after I consciously started tipping them, I was shocked when, upon checking out and getting into my vehicle, my Rimowa suitcase was dropped, breaking a wheel. Moreover, they remained silent about it, which I thought was terrible.
