Pros:

Pros: kind, and responsible, though barely English spoken staff, room comfort.
Cons: amenities, shabby furniture, transportation, entertainment, No actual nightclub. Food and beverages
we booked a sea view room, but we got a wall view room (partially sea view was a better description).
Restaurants were not free!

Great Holiday
Pros:

An excellent 5 star experience for our 2 birthdays. Covid precautions impressive. Staff very friendly. Quality of food,choice,variety and presentation superb. We have stayed at quite a few 5 star all inclusive hotels in the Side area, this hotel is one of the best for us. No complaints. Will probably return next spring.

We really enjoyed the food and friendly stuff but the property has let us down with its dated rooms, uncomfortable mattresses and small territory
