Landmark Hotel

I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 am, the check in time was supposed to be at 14:00 and I asked them nicely if they can check me in earlier, the two ladies at front desk asked me sit down and wait because they are cleaning the rooms and we will put you in soon. I went and sat, waiting to be called, a couple people got their rooms and I thought, they will call me soon but after waiting for 1hours and 20 minutes, I went and asked them if my room is ready, they asked me to wait for another 30 minutes. Finally, after about 1 hour and 30 minutes around 15:00 they came and told me that my room is ready, I asked the short girl at front desk that why it took so long, she replied very rudely that the guest checked out late and they had to clean the room. This was the worse hotel I ever got in Dubai.

They don’t even say hi to customers. Need to improve their customer services.

Room was clean and well maintained.
Staff very courteous, helpful and professional.
The sorrrounding aminities (shopping, restauraants, transport etc very convnience.

Many bugs in bathroom and the room. water leakage constantly seen in bathroom. Room had wooden floor with rugs which seemed full of dirt and overall condition was not clean at all.

Didn’t get refund as I didn’t stay there

Its not for family. The location is the for single people who relies on public transport. Also the hotel is management does not do check in on time. They rented our room to the different people while we did not check out as we are traveling multiple states in the UAE. When we went to checkout we found someone else in our room I have the video and pictures with two evidence of what happened. The hotel refused to give us money back even after this incident.

Clean room even it’s bit outdated. Staff are helpful & efficient.

Small room but clean and nice . Good pool and gym but some equipment is broken . Good location

I couldn't go and the hotel management wasn't flexible to change the date for me or make a refund. Even though other hotel’s reservation is non refundable but they are flexible with customers.

Terrible service. They did not clean my room once the days i stayed even after i requested.

The first night got bitten by insects on the bed the floor was like there is sand am stepping on.
The staff were helpful.

I've stayed at the Landmark Hotel on a previous visit & hence opted to stay at the same property due to it's proximity to the metro & ease of access. It's also in an area which has a number of shops around, so you don't really have to travel in case you need something.
The hospitable staff & the affordable price points are a welcome add
