Good location, staff, tiny rooms but good for a night

Great location, close to metro, the fans in the room took care of the heat

Personal war sehr nett

Cons:

Die Lage vom Hotel ist nicht so geil. Der Bezirk, in dem das Hotel liegt ist sehr schmutzig und heruntergekommen, es gibt sehr viele Obdachlose und in der Gasse vom Hotel sind viele kaputte Handys (vermutlich gestohlen) gelegen. Haben uns nicht sehr sicher gefühlt.

Cons:

This hotel does not have aircon in any rooms, and it’s in a very rough dangerous area, not recommended for family’s at all, and the lift is very tight and steep stairs

Das Personal war sehr freundlich beim Check in und es gibt einen Nachtportier.
Die Nähe zum Gare du Nord macht das Hotel perfekt für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp auf einer Reise.

Cons:

Die Seitenstraße in dem das Hotel liegt wirkt nicht besonders einladend. Eine etwas düstere Ecke.

Good price. Dodgy neighbourhood.
Pros:

Cheap and close to train stations and metros so could access other areas I wanted to visit very quickly. Staff were friendly too and let us leave bags before/after check in/out.

Cons:

The neighbourhood is very rough.

I expected the hotel to be quite minimalistic based on the price, but hadn't researched the surrounding area properly before visiting.

Obviously that is out of the control of the hotel, but is something people should look into before booking.
