Pros:

Excellent location in the heart of Madrid. Metro station in front of the hotel. Walking distance to many sites. Breakfast is great and the room has a nice view. Everything was great, the room was comfortable and spacious.

Cons:

Small details in the room for a 4 star hotel, would have expected shower cap and vanity kit, as well as slippers, but these are minor details.

The stay at the Ikonik, Gran Via was a good choice as far as convenience and its central location.
Pros:

Breakfast had a good selection of delicious foods and the coffee was great too.
There were staff who assisted when things were running out or not functioning.

Great location. If we come back we will stay here again.
Pros:

Room was excellent. Maid service was excellent. Staff was excellent, went out of there way to help. Location was excellent and very close to shopping and landmarks. Breakfast was very good. Bed was excellent with fresh smell sheets. Lots of windows to street views. Bathroom was very clean.

Great location and quiet and comfortable. Entrance from the Gran Via was not very prepossessing but the rooms were fine.
Pros:

Comfortable beds and quiet room, even being on the Gran Via.
Vanessa on the front desk gave us great info and recommendations for places to eat. A true asset to the hotel.

Pros:

Ontbijt was royaal en gevarieerd met vriendelijk personeel. Overigens waren alle medewerkers bijzonder vriendelijk. Kamer was goed en er was niet veel geluid van buiten en van andere kamers.
