Breakfast really nice and plentiful. Staff friendly and nice
The hotel quote drab and needs an update especially hallway carpets. Needa a good lick of paint and a bit of modern furniture. Room looked out to a dirty roof way which was filthy.
Room was clean and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent each morning.
Nothing
convenience
some rooms are better than other
Clean comfortable rooms
Nothing I didn't like
Location for town centre and transport, is excellent we enjoyed the breakfast which was included with the price of our stay.
Everything was ok.
Location is good
Just very dated and breakfast server guy dud nit look very clean, nice enough guy but a bit unkempt
All aspects of this property for the price paid and for myself it is a bonus that this hotel has a lift.Basic hotel, basic price. If Booking .Com want more information they will have to visit the hotel themselves.
The reception staff could explain themselves better. I was phoned by one member who just gave her name and expected I should know who and where she was from, for all I knew it could have been the man on the moon.
The location was excellent. Breakfast was good, staff were helpful and friendly. There was parking available.
I know it was out of season but there was
lack of housekeeping, it would have been nice to have someone ensuring the bathroom was cleaned and fresh cups available
Room spotlessly clean. Beds so comfy. Spacious shower. Dining room and service fabulous. Breakfast great choices and really delicious. Rooms so warm (heating on as it's January) without having to ask. Heavy curtains so no light coming in while trying to sleep. Staff so friendly, helpful and polite. Location brilliant, near everything I needed. Loved the fact it has a ramp and lift. Free WiFi. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying there again
Loved everything about The Lawton from the booking to checking out.
Good value. Dated but you get what you pay for. On the whole I would return
Updating but that would effect the price.
The room was nice and clean. The shower was good. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were all helpful and pleasant.
The door to the bathroom was a shocker, like something from the sixties. Sliding door, that didn't really slide, more like drag, and the floor was lifting where it dragged. Also noisy as hell. The guy on reception did make a note of it.
