Soggiorno rilassante, come essere a casa.

Mi è piaciuto tutto tantissimo! Camere estremamente accoglienti, letti molto comodi, aria condizionata molto ben funzionante, doccia ampia e molto buona come qualità. Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile. La ragazza del servizio ai piani molto molto brava e veloce nell’ aiutarci. Grazie! Anche quando abbiamo avuto un minimo problema idraulico lo hanno risolto immediatamente. La zona, per chi ama la Cina, è bellissima perché si trova al limitare di un ampio quartiere tradizionale ma non turistico dove si svolge la tipica vita quotidiana cinese fatta di mercatini, negozietti, ristorantini, dove ci sono molti alberi, varie affascinanti e popolari case da te’ e molto altro. Allo stesso tempo, sia con i mezzi che con didi e taxi, si raggiunge un po’ tutto. Se tornerò a Chengdu, decisamente tornerò qui.

Хороший отель, просторные чистые номера. Все необходимое есть в номере: тапочки, зубные щетки с пастой, шампунь, фен, расческа. Есть в номере чайник и вкусный чай.
Завтрак азиатский, но мы любим, поэтому для нас отличный вариант.
Очень отзывчивый персонал! Им отдельное спасибо за помощь!
Отель рекомендую!

Pros:

El tracte del personal, en particular el de Li Yan Xin i de la seva superiora, han estat excel·lents. Molt recomanable. Anem en bicicleta i, de vegades, la logística és complicada, en aquest sentit, el personal ens l'ha facilitada enormement.

Pros:

El personal intenta ayudarte de todas las maneras posibles aunque no hable inglés. Camas muy cómodas, muy limpio, en un barrio tranquilo a pocos minutos en dudo del centro. El desayuno incluido con muchísima variedad y live cooking

Poca ayuda en recepción, no saben Nada de ingles, no quisieron llamarnos a un taxi ni ayudarnos,el desayuno te pone que empieza a las 7 y hasta las 7:30 pasadas no lo van empezando a poner … había días que ni había fruta y super poca variedad y bebidas té y leche caliente, la limpieza dejaba que desear ( 5 días no habían cambiado los manteles y con las mismas manchas todo el rato ….) la habitación la fregaban pero no barrían y te dejaba los pies sucios después de la ducha , insectos en la habitación, la ducha salía agua de la mampara y los tragaba bien el agua de la ducha, de 4 estrellas no tenía nada … un desastre
