В целом, это неплохой отель. Есть завтраки, не очень разнообразные, но чем перекусить с утра каждый для себя найдет.
Есть где оставить вещи после выселения
Отличный персонал: очень нам помогли, когда были проблемы с вызовом такси.
Хорошее расположение

Cons:

Слышно все, что происходит в соседних номерах.
Жаль, что нет воды в номерах, мы покупали ее на соседней заправке

Pros:

Buen desayuno. Cumple con lo requerido, sin ser abundante es más que suficiente para el resto del día. Buen ubicación. Cercano a puntos de interés y a lugares para comer y comprar

Cons:

No tiene estacionamientos y sólo tiene un ascensor. Hay bastante ruido en la noche y se escucha al resto de los pasajeros pero en general es llevable.

Pros:

the staff was exceptional. It was the New Year's holiday, and many travelers were stressed. They did an excellent job of managing the flow and accommodating multiple Europeans, Americans, and Asians who were not able to communicate well. One of the better places I've seen do this.

Cons:

the wind, but thats not the hotel's problem
the roku tv was useless

Lovely stay in Puerto Natales
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and eager to help!! We were given excellent dinner recommendations as well as things to see.

Cons:

Elevator was not working. Staff helped get our luggage up to our room though.

Great area to access downtown, near of restaurants, and access the tours selected. Staff was great they always willing to help.

Pros:

The staff was great, the elevator was not working, the room was clean and comfortable. I was a little concerned about the door lock not being very secure. WiFi worked fine. Breakfast buffet was okay, staff made scrambled eggs for us. The location was good, couple blocks from water and couple blocks from dining.
