Everything is perfect! Suites are very big and beautiful, everything you need is inside, pool is big and nice and there is enough parking. Location is perfect, beach is a close drive, supermarket is close. If you rent a car this is the perfect stay!

La propiedad es buena y nos atendió muy bien Alma, solo son algunos puntos a mejorar, deben de mejorar la limpieza de la alberca y jacuzzi, un día se pasaron de cloro en la misma y nos irritó la piel, el jacuzzi debería estar prendido en los mismos horarios de la alberca ya que teníamos que pedir que lo prendieran y de la misma forma deben mejorar la limpieza porque tenía insectos y basuritas, referencia al desayuno falta variedad, no está rico, es austero y la muchacha que nos atendió en el desayuno tuvo una actitud poco servicial o amable, o sea grosera. Súper amable Alma y su compañera de oficina.

Quite spacious, good location close to dining and beaches, great view, capable staff, in-room washing machine, overall very good!

Large suite, comfortable bed, nice pool. A new restaurant just opened, and breakfast was tasty. Menu and staff all Spanish. Alma in admiration was very helpful, as was the cleaning staff.
Very dissatisfied upon check in. They were confused about our arrival. The room was dark and HOT! Lights, ac, fans and fridge not on! Finally found the breaker to turn everything on!! Two bottles of room temp water waiting for us.
Absolutely no information on working the appliances or the area. The WIFI is very spotty..frustrating.
For the price you pay, I expect the cutlery to match, and more than one steak knife.

Worst equipped condo we have ever rented. Kitchen not equipped. Oven but nothing that you could use to cook in the oven, no mixing bowls, no scissors. Difficult to cook.
Biggest issue is that the pictures are of only unit in the building. The rest are not the same. No upper cabinets or granite counters. Not a single picture on the wall except a non working clock in the kitchen. Small print did say not all units look the same. Deceptive marketing. Very disappointing. Rent was expensive for 12 days considering the unit. We went with the grand master suite as it looked the best in the pictures. Not as shown. If you prefer to walk and not take taxi’s be warned. Walking down the hill is easy but steep hill 1 km climb to walk back. We got lots of exercise.
Clean, spacious, security, and very accommodating helpful staff. Beautiful views, secluded yet centrally located to Santa Cruz. Facilities on grounds such as game room, pool, and gym are wonderful and ADA EXCELLENT !! The rooms and family space were ample; the sofa, dining table,beds, and kichen were great, along with the washer good.
The resort is at the top of a pretty steep hill and partially paved unilateral sidewalk. Guest who aren't in good health or condition will need to pay for daily taxis. The restaurant wasn't open at all as we were there in off season, there is no onsite Spa. We stayed in a three bed room in which one bedroom with twin bed was just too hot despite window AC. The windows in that room as well are dated and allow cool air to escape and small ants or bugs to enter, but hey, you're in nature.
The wifi service
Mansiones Cruz del Mar offers fabulous, luxurious accommodations. Our apartment was spacious, well appointed, and extremely comfortable, with excellent a/c, a large kitchen with all necessary appliances, and a sprawling patio with an awe-inspiring panorama of the subtropical forest and distant peaks. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and welcoming at all times, and the location on top of a hill was both remote enough to be peaceful and close enough to Crucecita and Santa Cruz Beach for all our shopping, entertainment, and local beachgoing needs. The beautiful pool offered a relaxing break after a hot day at the beach, and a variety of birds and lizards added some colorful local fauna to the scene. Plus, given that it was somewhat before peak tourist season, we got an exceptional discount on our accommodations. We would gladly return again in the future.
good value for money. Apartment was very large and the 25m swimming pool was great.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and facilities were well kept and clean. I would definitely stay again!
