ok but loaed with kids couldn't get near waffle station

Cons:

screaming kids in the pool all weekend never really got to enjoy it. we pay extra because you have a pool useless this trip.

Couldn’t be happier - room, facilities, breakfast, staff ALL GREAT.
Pros:

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. It must be a nice work environmental for the people that work there, because everyone we interacted with was kind and friendly, but also very attentive.

Our room (a standard king) was very comfortable, clean and spacious enough for the 2 of us. The breakfast buffet had everything we wanted/needed and was kept very neat and tidy. I am a bit sensitive to noise, but the road sound didn’t bother me at all. (If this is you, you might just want to ask to be away from any teams that might be travelling.)

This will be our home from home, if we need it, when we visit our son in the area from now on. Thank you to everyone there!

Pros:

Super nice. Offered to supply us with a couple free bottles of water as a Hilton rewards member. Facility and rooms were lovely and clean. Front desk people were all professional and kind.

Cons:

Maybe request those checking you in that they don't ask personal questions once we answer why we are staying with them. I said I was getting a procedure done at the hospital here. (I was an hour north of my local hospital but I was getting a procedure at the Lewiston hospital and was asked why I didn't use my local hospital.)
My procedure was with a surgeon that is in the Auburn area and it's personal what/why I was using the Lewiston hospital location. Maybe just let it go once they answer the question and move on. Some people don't want to discuss their medical information at a front desk in a hotel.

Uneventful or eventful? You be the judge
Pros:

This hotel was very accommodating as well as very good with my dog and my cat that stayed. I booked for one night and the room 124 I stayed in was extremely clean and everything as it should have been. The hotel staff went above and beyond. The pool area and fitness room were very clean as well. However the phone that was provided in my room was odd as anytime I tried to call the front desk it would dial and then get static interference and hang up. The ice machine was on the 2nd floor where the guest laundry room was located, me and my 8 year old daughter took the elevator to get there and noticed it was out of order. At that point I went to the 3rd and fourth floors only to find that the elevator would read the correct floor but would always take us back to the 2nd floor. It was series as each floor appeared to be the same, same placement of end table, painting , as well as picture of downtown Lewiston. The lights would flicker as well as the elevator on the 3rd floor would open then half close and open again when no buttons were pushed. Lights behind us would flicker as well periodically. It took us around 20 minutes to be able to get back down to the 1st floor. It read take stairwell in case of emergency but we found no entrance or exit to any stairwell. Felt like a twilight zone adventure. Regardless of what I stated above I would recommend this hotel 100%.
