Pros:

Hard for parking in the downtown area. Downtown St. John’s is a sketchy place

Light up the rooms!

Great location

Cons:

The lighting was very poor in the room, no lamps or light in the center of the room only the bathroom, beside switches and a small desk lamp. Carpet was very dark and little lighting was very frustrating

Excellent stay, as usual.
Pros:

The room was of a good size and well maintained. The bathroom was very clean and of good quality.

Cons:

We found the lighting arrangement a bit inconvenient where the two lights over the bed provided the majority of the light and a standalone lamp provided the remainder. The window provided some lighting but not from the outside as it viewed into a hallway of some sort.

Confortable mais très compliqué, quand on a une voiture…
Pros:

L’emplacement, le confort de la chambre et la gentillesse du personnel de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Ayant réservé sur Booking, l’information de la disponibilité d’un parking était très importante pour nous. Nous sommes arriver le vendredi 23 janvier au soir, et on nous a annoncé que le parking était complet, impossible d’y garer notre voiture. Un employé de l’hôtel nous a indiqué qu’un parking extérieur non loin était gratuit le week-end, mais ce dernier était également complet. Nous avons dû garer notre voiture dans un parking publique du centre-ville, près d’un kilomètre de l’hôtel… Le lendemain soir pareil, sauf que là nous avons trouvé une place dans la rue… l’information donnée sur la disponibilité d’un parking était donc erronée et cela nous beaucoup contrarié…

De plus, dans la nuit du samedi au dimanche, l’alarme incendie a retenti dans tout l’hôtel, nous obligeant à sortir dans la rue à 2h du matin. Une fois dehors, aucune information ne nous a été donné par les employés de l’hôtel, nous avons pu regagner notre chambre à 2h30, toujours sans aucune information. Impossible de se rendormir par la suite…

Ce séjour a l’hôtel JAG de St John’s aura été le premier et le dernier pour nous…
