Could have been better
Cons:

Fridge didn’t work. TV volume was cutting in ad out. Bathroom door wouldn’t close

In the bedroom there are tea bags but no kettle so I asked the receptionist who said he didn't have one but suggested to go to the restaurant who said go to ask the receptionist

Cons:

Issues with key card. Stay there for 2 nights & had to go to front desk 5 extra times because keycard for door wouldn’t work. Also sink would drain very slowly.

Loved everything.
Pros:

Appreciated late checkin / checkout!! Flight delayed so got in late - - needed to sleep, so checked out late. REALLY appreciate your flexibility on that!
