Не было щеток и зубной пасты. В номере присутствовал посторонний запах.
I like Chagala. Its one of thr better hotels to stay in Uralsk. The staff are always great and the make the stay easy.

Понравилось только просторный номер и тишина.
Гостиница выполнена 5 или 6 этажными отдельно стоящими корпусами, ресепшн в одном месте корпуса в другом. С чемоданами по разбитому асфальту вообще комфорта нет передвигаться. Персонал гостиницы на просьбы такие как утюг или фен откликается часами приносит тогда когда уже не нужно. Завтраки своих денег вообще не стоит. Поэтому решать вам.
