We were able to get rooms next door to each other since there were no joining rooms available.
There was nobody at front desk when we arrived. Had to wait for someone to show up to check us in. They couldn't find both of our rooms when we booked two rooms which took more time when it was late and we were tired and had bags in hand. The TV in our room was not working. The curtains on the window were broken and wouldn't close all the way. The beds were very hard and one bed made loud creaking noises whenever we moved.
Staff was friendly and polite. Rooms were basic, but updated and clean. Breakfast was a bonus.
Location
The place was nothing like we expected. The pictures and reviews were deceiving. We wanted no carpet. All pics were without carpet. Our room had carpet from probably 20 years ago. The shower head was the cheapest plastic one available. The sink would not drain. It was tiny crammed with furniture from the ‘90’s. The furniture was old and beat up. The lamps were from the ‘70’s and one wouldn’t work. Out of the window was a 9 ft cement wall, so no light could get in. The tv was about 36 inches with wires going down the wall. There were no usb ports anywhere. We were not told what time breakfast was or given any information at check-in. Ice machine did not work. Worst room and misleading information I’ve ever experienced. When I questioned the front desk he offered no help or different room.
Location was great and all staff i encountered were very polite and respectful.
People in the room next to me kept goin in and out of their room all night letting their door slam behind them.
The location was convenient.
It was not as clean as I would think it should be for the price. The shower was dirty and a lot of hair in the drain. The covers had stains on them. The walls were dirty. Only one ice machine worked and it was on the other side of the hotel. There are 4 ice machines and only the one worked.
Greatly enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, full amenities, the pool was great, and the breakfast was delicious. Perfect place to stay when in Branson.

Rooms didn't represent the remodeled pictures on the website so hopefully they are getting to that floor soon.
Toilet was broken and couldn't get it fix. Asked front desk 2 time on 2 different days. Asked about compensation for the issue and was told nothing could be done.
The hotel room was clean and the pillows were comfortable. We had to wait a while for someone to come to the front desk for check-in. I booked the hotel in advance and when I got there, the pool was closed and that was not advertised on the website. The kids had brought swimwear and went to go swimming and they have a sign posted on the door. Other than that, the complementary breakfast was very good and the staff was very nice.

The property was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good and the staff were very accommodating and kept the food stocked. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked good!
If you need a clean, comfortable place to sleep, this place is great! The interior needs some work (older hotel), but other than that, no complaints!
Our room was very clean and updated, but the rest of the facility felt disturbingly dirty, and when he walked in the lobby, it smelled terrible. So if you can ignore the rest of the facilities and the hallway to the rooms, the rooms were good.
Great location close to all the sites, nice pool area, room was modern, clean, and updated. Owner definitely has put back into this older property to maintain it and keep as a wonderful place to stay.
I liked that it was easy to get in and out of as it was not on the 76 strip
Our room had a slightly musty smell. That area had a lot of rain in previous days before our stay. There was also some kind of water leak in the hotel during our stay
Totally remodeled! Fresh and clean. Entire hotel smelled clean. Excellent breakfast selection. Staff friendly and helpful. Wonderful salt water pool!! Will definitely stay again! Only fault was ice machine was not in service.
