Satellite Inn

Rooms and bathrooms were very dirty. There was mold in the bathroom. Taps weren't working properly. Toilets were very dirty, worst experience in the usa.

the staff harassed me and my family to the point the cops were called. the room was not handicap friendly, the staff allowed their children to harass guests as well. they talk to you through a small window and you cannot understand nor hear them, then they get mad because they have to repeat themselves

Breakfast was included, but in real, they didn’t serve any breakfast due to a damaged front desk space. It looks like it was there for a long a time and remained unrepaired.

It was disheartening to learn upon arrival that due to a vehicle accident, that the lobby was closed; thus no breakfast or coffee. I think we should have been informed prior to our arrival. The hotel was not overly busy, but we had some 'shady' people in the rooms in the corner. There was no Security latch for the hotel door; that was uncomfortable.

That you couldn't change the volume on the television.

Train runs thru all night.

First of all, it’s false advertising when I book the room they had a photo of another motel and not the motel. I thought I was getting we get there and I had to talk through a little window. I couldn’t understand them and I asked him about breakfast and they said there is no breakfast, in the description of the room it says you get a breakfast. We got nothing , they did tell me we have a food truck on the other side of the hotel that you could buy Indian food. They even a sign on the door that said no breakfast until the door gets fixed. We went to our room. It was dirty, dusty, smelly, no blankets on the bed only sheets and a thin silk bedspread not one blanket. We were a stay over. Didn’t get room service. Had to ask for clean towels. I had to have my daughter bring me blankets The air conditioner had a smell to it. The door didn’t lock properly. There was a big gap underneath the door and on the side of the door where you can see sunlight through it’s nearby a train and the train would honk the horn very loud if I could I would’ve rented somewhere else but because of financial issues I couldn’t so I had no choice but to stay there I wish I could get a refund or at least a partial refund. I do have photos.

The room was not clean

It was poorly run. More concerned about the food truck than the guests. Supposedly pet friendly (which we paid xtra for) NOT. Very noisy loud location. Door did not close properly. Paint on floor from being painted. Would Never come back here

I did not feel safe in the area. The dead bolt did not lock, so put the arm chair against the door. The 2 sitting chairs were extremely worn. The toilet was dirty. Noisy train track across the street vibrated the bed. There were cars coming in and out all night long, majority of them did not stay through the night. I would never recommend this hotel. First time I have ever given a negative review

The party of dozens of people out side our door til 11:45pm. I honestly was surprised our car was still there in the morning

Petit déjeuner pratiquement inexistant

Mężczyzna z obsługi opryskliwy agresywny i napastnicy. Okazał mi kompletny brak szacunku bo jestem kobietą. Chciałabym zeby zwrócił mi pieniądze bo to byl moj najgorszy pobyt. Czuliśmy sie tam zagrozeni. Gdy próbowałam mu zwrócić uwage ze nie życzę sobie takiego traktowania powiedział: nie zadzieraj ze mna. Myślę ze wynikało to z roznicy kulturowej bo w jego kraju nie szanuje sie kobietNic. Pokoj byl brudny i śmierdziało
