The parking the false advertisement about breakfast and just the quality of the rooms dirty and also customer service needs to get worked on

When I went to check in, there was a sign on the door that said use window bottom Glass and door is broken, the window was approximately 8 in wide and 11 in tall she asked for my ID and disappeared for 4 to 5 minutes then returned to get payment and at that time told me it was going to be three more dollars to process the payment using a debit card or credit card. I received the key and went to the room and the key did not work on the lock I even asked one of the other tenants to see if I was doing something wrong they tried it and it did not work so I went back to the office to get that fixed, they replace the key and said that should work now, as I turn to leave I remembered to ask about the breakfast in the morning, when I asked where would the breakfast be served they replied there is no breakfast to be served because of the broken window in the door which appeared to be broken for more than just that afternoon, so no breakfast for the next morning. When I entered the room it appeared to be clean nice ice TV it was nice that there was a refrigerator to put water in soda pop in the air conditioner was extremely loud and pretty much kept me up most of the night, the air vent in the bathroom was so loud I thought the shower was taking off. They did not even say they were sorry about not having breakfast available due to the broken glass in the bottom of the door and I found it strange that they were okay with coming and going through the door to go to work but could not temporarily put a piece of wood or something in where the glass was broken but not broken clean through.

A/C very loud. The lobby window was broken, and staff stated no breakfast ould be offered because of glass issue. Bathroom was not very clean, hair on the floor.

The one room had bugs in bathroom, the bath tub paint pilling & shower head was too low & you had to lower your head to soak your head and our bed sheet had blood stains on it! The other room had trash still left over from other stay by someone else and the main door was cocked slanted at times when closing the door.

Rooms and bathrooms were very dirty. There was mold in the bathroom. Taps weren't working properly. Toilets were very dirty, worst experience in the usa.

the staff harassed me and my family to the point the cops were called. the room was not handicap friendly, the staff allowed their children to harass guests as well. they talk to you through a small window and you cannot understand nor hear them, then they get mad because they have to repeat themselves

Breakfast was included, but in real, they didn’t serve any breakfast due to a damaged front desk space. It looks like it was there for a long a time and remained unrepaired.

That you couldn't change the volume on the television.

It was disheartening to learn upon arrival that due to a vehicle accident, that the lobby was closed; thus no breakfast or coffee. I think we should have been informed prior to our arrival. The hotel was not overly busy, but we had some 'shady' people in the rooms in the corner. There was no Security latch for the hotel door; that was uncomfortable.

Train runs thru all night.

First of all, it’s false advertising when I book the room they had a photo of another motel and not the motel. I thought I was getting we get there and I had to talk through a little window. I couldn’t understand them and I asked him about breakfast and they said there is no breakfast, in the description of the room it says you get a breakfast. We got nothing , they did tell me we have a food truck on the other side of the hotel that you could buy Indian food. They even a sign on the door that said no breakfast until the door gets fixed. We went to our room. It was dirty, dusty, smelly, no blankets on the bed only sheets and a thin silk bedspread not one blanket. We were a stay over. Didn’t get room service. Had to ask for clean towels. I had to have my daughter bring me blankets The air conditioner had a smell to it. The door didn’t lock properly. There was a big gap underneath the door and on the side of the door where you can see sunlight through it’s nearby a train and the train would honk the horn very loud if I could I would’ve rented somewhere else but because of financial issues I couldn’t so I had no choice but to stay there I wish I could get a refund or at least a partial refund. I do have photos.

The room was not clean

It was poorly run. More concerned about the food truck than the guests. Supposedly pet friendly (which we paid xtra for) NOT. Very noisy loud location. Door did not close properly. Paint on floor from being painted. Would Never come back here
