Property is older but well maintained and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

They put me in the first floor with a window but there’s a huge wall against it ! Duh ?
I was hungry & thirsty at midnight , and there’s no restaurant service . NO Bar service either . NO ice maker available. No snack bar . No fruits . No nothing to eat . The next day , we’re in the pool & ordered ice in a small bucket , we were charged! Really ? But the standard rooms are clean & beds were comfortable . The free breakfast could use change ! It was OK! No free cappuccino . No mangoes ! Dry out sliced breads. The offering was stingy ! But the staff is nice .

Loved it, very clean, convenient to dining.

Our reunions was held here and I was amazed with the excellent customer service rendered by the guard at the door , from desk personnel, porter , housekeeping , restaurant personnel .. I will highly recommend this hotel ! Thank you !🌷

I spilled coffee on floor and used bath towel to clean up. They charged my 1000 pesos because they said not cleanable. I would not ever stay there again and it’s pricey

The restroom smells

Musty smell in the hallway and the room. My son had an allergic reaction to whatever was in there. The wifi in our room only worked for about 4 hours a day and we had to call every day for maintenance to come fix it. We changed hotels because of my son's allergies and they refused to refund our room fee for the unused days.
The plus side is the staff were generally very friendly and helpful and breakfast was always good.

Rooms were recently renovated. Staff were all awesome. Brigette and Ira of front desk were very helpful.

We had nothing but great experience during our short stay. The rooms were kept clean and orderly and the service was exceptional! We definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Olongapo :)

everything you need like paper towels, additional toilet paper, no face towel, etc has to be requested from the front desk.
The internet or wifi connection is very weak and unstable. I had a hard time accessing my account, etc.
The staff is very friendly and respectful and accommodating.

We were put in a room near the garbage dump it smelled outside the door all the time.

Also they were not too strict with guests not wearing a mask inside the hotel. Despite the notification at the door.
