清掃スタッフの皆様に感謝♡
Pros:

連泊(23泊)での宿泊。部屋の掃除の時間は10〜15時の間と言われたが、直接清掃スタッフに聞いてみたら、快くこちらの希望を受けて下さった事。
また、外食ばかりでは飽きがきてしまうので、お惣菜を買ってきて食べた際のゴミも沢山出ていたと思います。それも綺麗に片付けてくれていました。
そして何より、足のキズから時々出血をしてしまっていたのも気が付いて下さって綺麗なシーツに交換して頂けました。

本当に　有り難う御座いましたm(_ _)m

Cons:

良かった内容に紐付くのですが、フロントスタッフと清掃スタッフの連携がなされていない点。
フロント側では「ご希望通りの時間に清掃には入れない！こちらからしたら、あまり良い印象は持てませんでした。
清掃スタッフ側では、きっと・・「お客様のニーズに応えてあげたい。」
という気持ちからなのか、希望の時間に清掃に入って頂けた。
このようなちぐはぐなところ！
連携が取れていたら、一番最初のフロントの答えも違っていただろうし、良い印象を持てたかもしれません。

Convenient location & Good value
Pros:

The location is awesome, right outside the train station and next to a shopping mall with groceries & lots of food options.
Also, the bus stop for the Limousine Bus to/from both airports is right downstairs.
Staff were very nice & helpful.
The items in the breakfast buffet were high quality, but food items were the same all 3 days.

Cons:

It would be nice to be able to turn off the room light, but still be able to use the lamps.

As mentioned, it would be nice to vary the food items at the breakfast buffet.

The bed is firm, which I like, but I wish there were softer pillows.
