Pros:

朝食付きのお得なプランで初めて朝食をつけさせていただきました。いろいろなメニューがありよかったです。

Great hotel and staff
Pros:

I always stay at this hotel. The location is amazing. It is at a main train station (sagami ono). Right in a shopping center. Everything is here..shopping , restaurants etc. Hotel has discount at local gym...3 minutes walk. Staff is incredibly helpful.
Room is basic but has everything you need. Hot water heater for tea, tub, desk safe etc. You can add breakfast to your stay which is very good. I always stay here and will continue to do so.
And.. the bus stop from/to Haneda airport is literally right below the hotel. So convenient 😌

A pleasant stay in a good hotel conveniently located near a train station and a shopping center.

すごく良かった
Pros:

スタッフさんが親切だった。部屋が清潔。

Cons:

疲れていたので、簡単なルームサービスがあると楽でした。
ショッピングルームと直結しているのを知らなかった。説明してもらえれば助かった。

Pros:

-Location was great for my needs. It is on top of the train station.
-Breakfast is somewhat standard, but a decent variety and tasty.
-The room is definitely larger than most in the area.
-They had normal umbrellas (not a big hotel logo) to lend for my coworker.

Cons:

-Building feels a bit dated.
