Great stay in very comfortable hotel
Pros:

Clean, nice staff especially Suci who was very helpful during check in and throughout the stay. Hotel is in a great location too

Everything you want in Seminyak
Pros:

Amazing staff and service. Went out of their way to make me feel super comfortable. Super close to everything, including beach, beach clubs, eat street. Excellent rate including breakfast. Bed and pillows, so comfy. What's not to love

Great stay, perfect location, and excellent service – highly recommended.
Pros:

The reception staff were excellent – welcoming, helpful, and very professional. Cleanliness was outstanding and the rooms were well maintained. The location is perfect, almost opposite W Hotel and right next to a small bazaar (although prices there are a bit high). Eden Hookah Lounge is within walking distance, and honestly everything you need is around you. I highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

I didn’t like being asked to sign a penalty agreement for losing the key card and for possible stains on the bed sheets. It felt unnecessary and a bit outdated. There was no real need for guests to sign such a form.

Hotel mit guter Lage, freundlichem Personal und gutem Frühstück, aber Schwächen bei Wohlfühlfaktor
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und die Ankunft unkompliziert. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das durchweg sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal – auch wenn es teilweise sprachliche Barrieren auf Englisch gibt, ist die Hilfsbereitschaft wirklich hoch. Das Frühstück war qualitativ sehr gut, auch wenn das Bestellprinzip (erst aufessen, dann neu bestellen) etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist.

Cons:

Leider gab es mehrere erhebliche Probleme mit den Zimmern. Das erste Zimmer wirkte trotz zweimaliger Nachreinigung nicht sauber: klebrige Oberflächen (inkl. Lichtschalter), ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch sowie dunkle Spritzer auf Nachttisch und Kopfkissen hinterließen ein extrem schlechtes Gefühl. Nach einer Nacht bat ich daher um einen Zimmerwechsel, der erst nach Nachdruck erfolgte.
Das zweite Zimmer war sauber, allerdings begannen ab dem zweiten Tag laute Bauarbeiten im Nachbarzimmer, sodass ab ca. 10 Uhr keine Erholung mehr möglich war. Nach einem Gespräch mit dem Management wurde mir ein Upgrade, alternativ ein Late Check-out oder ein Transfer angeboten (nicht als Paket). Ich entschied mich für das größere Zimmer.
Dieses war zwar schön, hatte jedoch erneut ein Geruchsproblem: aus offenen Badezimmerabläufen kam ein stark chemischer Geruch, den ich als sehr unangenehm empfand und nur durch dauerhaftes Lüften ertragen konnte.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful — a special thank you to Dimas and Riri, who went above and beyond my expectations. The hotel’s location is perfect, the rooms have a fun and stylish design, and the bed was very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Great value place to stay.
Pros:

Great rooms, spacious, comfortable and very cool.

Cons:

Can’t really fault it. It’s obviously an old building but it’s renovated really well.
I’m never a fan of the bathroom sink being in the main room but this hotel pulls it off.
