Es waren sehr schöne Tage in einem tollen Hotel in Hameln.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer top Lage und hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und das Essen im Restaurant sehr lecker. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ausgesprochene Freundlichkeit des Personals, besonders im Restaurant- und Hotelbarbereich. Wir haben uns von der 1. Minute an sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Cons:

Hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Vielleicht gibt es Zimmer die ruhiger sind.
Pros:

Das ausgesprochen freundliche und aufmerksame Personal in der Bar/im Restaurant. Toll!!!

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 4. Stock und konnten leider wegen der viel befahrenen Straße nicht mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen.
Es wäre auch sinnvoll die Gäste vorab darüber zu informieren, dass das Restaurant gut besucht ist und daher eine Tischreservierung erfolgen sollte.

Pros:

Персонал дуже привітний. Дівчата на рецепції дуже ввічливі, всі розуміють та розмовляють англійською - для мене це дуже важливо, оскільки часто в готелях у Німеччині персонал володіє лише німецькою. Дівчата на сніданках теж привітні, а сніданки надзвичайно смачні. Я фанат вашого омлету, він дуже смачний. Чоловік хотів більше різноманітності солодкої випічки, але для мене це не було проблемою.

Cons:

Було дуже спекотно в номері, але ми зменшили опалення і до ранку вже було комфортно спати. Для поціновувачів спеки це плюс, але я надаю перевагу температурі 18-20 градусів. Тому це більше моя проблема, а не готелю.

War gut
Pros:

Die Lage und das Haus ist klasse. Leider habe ich über booking etwas bestellt was es nicht gab . Es fehlte 1 Bett . Dafür wurde eine vorhandene Schlafcouch nachträglich bezogen . Auch Toilettenartikel und Handtücher fehlten für die gebuchte 3. Person . Die Möbel waren abgelehnt , das Bett bequem . Das Frühstück und das Personal erstklassig .

Cons:

Das ich 2 Betten und eine Schlafcouch gebucht habe und es dieses Zimmer nicht gab .
Am Bertrand oben war Staub und Brösel

Didn't get what we booked
Pros:

Clean, tidy, well kept. Great location

Cons:

I specifically booked a double room, however when we checked in I was informed we had a twin room as the doubles were all gone unless I wanted to pay extra for a different/better room which would be a double.

Pros:

Breakfast selection was great, location perfect and central and friendly staff. Comfy bed too

Would have been good to have had a kettle in room, only had a coffee maker.
