Wir waren schon zum dritten Mal da, diesmal im Winter und es war warm und gemütlich. Fast wie zuhause. Was will man mehr sagen.

Bei der Buchung wird ein Zimmer gezeigt, das ich von früheren Aufenthalten kenne. Bei der Ankunft bekamen wir dann ein Doppelzimmer mit ausgeklapptem Sofa. Sollten über 20% mehr bezahlen für das gebuchte Zimmer!! ABZOCKE!! Das "Restaurant" war eine Unverschämtheit!! Convinience food der miseralbsten Qualität!! In der Mikrowelle erhitzt. Haben wir reklamiert, stehengelassen und weggefahren! Beim Auschecken dann die Überraschung: kein Nachlass!! Fast 100,-- Euro dafür bezahlt!! Nein Danke. Muss man nicht haben.....

À éviter avec des personnes ayant un problème de mobilité

Le village, la déco, ..

Cons:

Proposer un chambre au 2ème étage d un établissement sans ascenseur à une personne âgée de 97ans !!! Alors que cela avait été demandé spécifiquement par mail et téléphone …pas de chambres adjacentes comme demandé mais plutôt à l’opposé l’une de l’autre !!!
Dans notre chambre, toilette sur le point de s écrouler, miroir de la salle de bains qui ne tient pas, bouton pour ouvrir et fermer la douche défectueux….heureusement que mon mari est bricoleur … et dans les deux chambres le Wifi ne fonctionnait pas…
Trop éloignées …
Au lieu du resto gastro annonce, carte réduite …
On se réjouissait de découvrir cette hôtel mais vraiment déçus..

L'accueil chaleureux, la superficie de la chambre, les toilettes séparées, les poutres apparents, le charme de l'établissement, petit déjeuner suffisant
