The the light in the room half of them was over service

I had problem with the payment during staying I have to pay when I arrive but they took the money from my account which is not right at all

It was great staying Inntel hotel!

Bad service

It was livable - the rooms look nothing like the pictures. The walls are dirty, they allow smoking in the rooms which was causing us all sorts of discomfort, linens, towels and pillows were dirty and smelled like sweat, first night the power went out 4 times.
However, after we complained things got a little bit better and we got housekeeping everyday, which provided as clean towels and comforters as possible. Overall I’m disappointed with the misleading pictures and the smoking, but the location was great and the staff were nice to us.

These rooms do not look like the pictures in real life. All the sheets are very dirty, not washed with lots of body hair and the bathroom looks like it has not been cleaned in a while. Overal very bad experience and it is not recommended at all. We had to change the hotel after 2 nights of our vacation and it has been very frustrating.

The room is spacious and reasonably priced. It has a lot of counter space. The room however is showing signs of deterioration and bad maintenance especially in bathroom. Bidet is broken and not functioning properly. Water in shower pooling away from drain making it a risk for causing slipping and falling. There is an unusual smell coming out of sink drainage.

Front Lobby smoke smell:
Front desk personal was smoking outside the door before I stepped in and whole lobby had smoking smell inside. I did complain to the front desk personal as soon I stepped in.

Elevator was dirty.

Carpet in the hallways was dirty.

Bathroom floor was not clean and shower floor had disgusting marks on the floor. This lead me to leave this hotel.

I stayed in the room for 5 minutes and then left the hotel and went on to search for a good hotel on the foot. I spent 3 hours to find a good place because everything else was completely booked. I had very bad experience with INNTEL HOTEL and had to walk around the whole area to find one good hotel for almost 3 hours. I was totally exhausted by the time I found a good hotel but was happy that finally I found something which was better and up to my expectation. I ended up paying $250/night (this was price was for walk in customers and hotel was totally booked but they did have one corner room available) at the The Marmara Taksim (very nice and clean hotel).

Please take INNTEL HOTEL off of your list. This hotel is nowhere close to any other hotels I stayed during my trip. I’ll not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

I moved out right away after stepping in this hotel. This hotel was very hard to find out too. No one in the area new this hotel and google map direction was not leading to this hotel. Name of the hotel was not clearly visible. I had to spend long time to find this hotel.
