Good facilities, rooms spacious and good layout of the rooms. Very nice hotel, courteous and helpful staff and enjoyed staying here!!
The evening buffet was limited in its variety, especially the money you pay, expect a little more!!
Het hotel heeft een prachtige en centrale ligging aan het strand en bij het centrum. Voor ons de ideale plek voor een laatste nacht Sri Lanka. Het hotel is ook goed, met een lekker zwembad en zeer uitgebreid ontbijt buffet.
Voor een vijfsterrenhotel met flink hogere prijs dan andere accommodaties, was het goed, maar niet geweldig. Enkele voorbeelden: het raamgordijn in de douche (sowieso al wat vreemd) was beschimmeld, de zijkanten van het bedframe zagen er smoezelig uit en de ligstoelen buiten waren vies en verouderd.
Het blijft een mooi hotel en helemaal prima voor een eerste of laatste nacht. Ook op veel vlakken beter dan andere hotels, maar net niet het niveau dat ik had gehoopt bij de sterren en de prijs.
Lovely staff
From check in to check out we were made to feel like we were part of a family as the staff greeted us warmly and looked into our every need.
We arrived on a Sunday and was on the road for a great time ^ was very tired and even though the previous day had been busy we were checked in around 1pm on arrival without any delay which we really apricated. A big thank you for accommodating this as words cannot describe how thankful we were for this.
The food and the room was excellent. The wine menu and choices were great to see.
Unfortunately, we could only spend one day at this amazing property and will look forward to another longer stay very soon. Thank you & keep up the great work!

An amazing hotel and a truly memorable experience from beginning to end. The cleanliness throughout the property is outstanding, the pool is exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the sunset views are simply priceless.
A special thank-you to Mr. Virach Perera, Assistant Front Office Manager, for his outstanding customer service. He handled all our requests with great care, efficiency, and professionalism, and went above and beyond to make our vacation truly memorable.
I would also like to thank the entire Food & Beverage team at both the breakfast and dinner buffets. Every team member was professional, warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Their exceptional level of service made every meal even more enjoyable.
Sentido Heritance Negombo exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Sri Lanka.

I had a good experience staff was incredibly excellent
The hotel is in a very convenient location for travelling to/from the airport. The rooms are vary spacious and clean, have everything needed. Breakfast is great. Great pool and close to the beach. Good value for money
The only issue I had was that I ordered and paid for a room for 2 adults and a 9 year old child, and was charged $30 at the hotel for an extra bed, because they claimed the child was supposed to sleep with us in the bed
