We had an amazing time!
Pros:

Very nice garden and pool! Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Huge variety at breakfast and good coffee. It was an amazing stay and we are happy to return in two weeks.

Cons:

Very friendly staff but sometimes a bit slow.

Very comfortable hotel .. great food and exceptionally friendly staff .
Pros:

Great place to stay before or after a flight ..on a lovely beach and close to many restaurants and amenities.
Friendly Sri Lankan service with a smile.
Very clean hotel Shenil in housekeeping was very attentive and conscientious .. in the restaurant Kaveesha makes an amazing omelette..food very good and Shan definitely puts the customers first.. great staff all round.
All round a very good experience.

Cons:

Could do with a little bit more maintenance..nothing in particular but looking a little tired. I did have an issue with my tv .. when I bought it to the attention of the hotel it was resolved immediately by a very efficient and capable engineer .. who knows as excellent.

Great for an airport stay, not too much to do/ see and food is okay sotherwise so wouldn’t recommend for more than

L’Hotel è molto bello e attrezzato, la piscina è bella la camera bella e spaziosa

Cons:

Non mi sono piaciute solo piccole cose, una fra tutte che il giorno di arrivo ho cambiato un pó di soldi, ma il giorno seguente ho chiesto di cambiare 50€ prima di andare via per sicurezza e non avevano da cambiare 50€ in un 5 stelle….. per altre cose sono stati gentili

Would love to return for another stay at this hotel.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, comfortable, offering a perfect night's sleep with an incredible view of the sunset. Prime location, delicious food, and exceptional amenities.

Conclusion: Not worth the price or the 5-star claim. I wouldn’t stay here again.

nice pool area and direct beach location.

Cons:

There is a lot of staff, but service felt inattentive and unprofessional at times.

The room had several issues: no hairdryer, no information on how to contact reception or order room dining, and the reception number didn’t work. The QR-only menu was also inconvenient. On the second day, my key card stopped working and I had to go back to reception.

Breakfast was underwhelming, with sticky tables and chairs, and even simple requests (tea with milk) weren’t handled properly.
