Convenient to airport
Pros:

Convenient to the airport. The room was clean and modern.

Cons:

Mosquitos all over the restaurant where breakfast is served. Breakfast very mediocre. Crow birds all over the pool area. They are attracted by the trash and sewage behind the hotel. Not much to do in the area.

Beautiful location. Excellent staff and accommodation
Pros:

An excellent choice of food. One person is vegetarian, there was ample choice. The food was presented well.
Beautiful setting with views of the grounds.
Staff were very accommodating. Explaining different fruit etc.

Die Lage war ideal dafür geeignet um nach dem langen Flug anzukommen. Kurzer Weg vom Flughafen und ein guter Start Punkt

Das Preisleistungsverhältniss ist großartig, die Lage am Strand sehr schön. Besonders gut hat uns das morgendliche und abendliche Buffet gefallen. Sehr abwechslungsreich, sehr authentisch und aufmerksames Personal.

A Night in Negombo
Pros:

The hotel has extremely kind and courteous staff who are always willing to help and make your stay pleasant. There are also swimming pools available, which is a great bonus. The staff are very polite, professional, and genuinely eager to assist. Breakfast was excellent, varied, and very tasty.
The only downside was the cleanliness of the rooms, specifically the floors, which could be cleaner and better maintained. With more attention to this detail, the overall experience would be much better.

Great for couples who want to get some rest, not great for the kids.
Pros:

Our room was great, spacious, perfect for someone who wants to get some rest and read a book with a beautiful views. Great service and good food.

Cons:

The dinner in the train at extra cost is not worth it. There is not much to do, nothing in the area. There were mainly Chinese tourist groups. The tea experience (tea picking and tea tasting) is unfortunately very limited (and the price is not adequate). I would expect something more sophisticated / memorable when being surrounded by tea platnations and the hotel itself being originally a tea factory. The "ceremony" was bad itself and the lady was obviously bored showing us. I would expect someone more passionate about tea who would pass it on. No tea shop, no tea cocktails, no tea cookies :D
