Close proximity to the airport. Spacious accommodation with modern facilities including a big pool. Restaurant had an open kitchen with wide choice and grew their own vegetables in the garden.
The hotel and grounds were great and well kept but the public beach in front of the property was not clean.
Very nice hotel for staying after/before flight. Comfortable rooms, good service, many cafes around.
Breakfast could be better
We had a fabulous stay! Ishara and Navindi were wonderful help and we would love to come back. The breakfast was fantastic and so was the pool and bar views

I couldn’t express myself of how much we liked this fantastic hotel. Starting from the receptionist, which treat you lovely as soon as you get into the hotel Sithmi and Navincli. A big 10 goes to all of the staff. The structure has everything you need to enjoy a great holiday from a lovely gym, to a great swimming pool and the breakfast is just a huge variety of international foods. We really recommend it to anyone coming to Negombo.

We were warmly welcomed by Sithmi. The property is modern and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and breakfast was varied with something for everyone. The hotel is near many small traditional restaurants which can easily be accessed on foot.

We’re happy to give this hotel 5 stars, especially for the outstanding hospitality and kindness of the staff. From the very beginning, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for.
What impressed me most was the personal attention: every morning they prepared my favorite fruit -Soursup, they remembered exactly how I like my omelet, and they always greeted me with a warm smile. Those small details made a big difference and turned a simple stay into something truly special. Special thank you to: Kaveesha thathsara, Dayabaran, Chirath chamikara.
The food was also delicious, with tasty local dishes and plenty of choice — whatever you like, you’ll find something you’ll enjoy- thank you to cooking chef- Sudarshana. Highly recommended, and we would love to come back!
