Hersey Farm Resort

We booked for the farmhouse very cozy loved it, until the next night when there was no hot water and had to pack up all our belongings and move to a room inside the hotel which wasn't as cozy as the farmhouse. Was kinda disappointed. The smorgasbord breakfast eash morning was great everyone was very friendly.

We stayed here in the “farmhouse” section of the hotel with tickets to see Noah next door. The hotel was beautifully renovated. We were able to walk and see our show (however the gravel path was a bit icy but we were surely warned). Our room was nice and big with lots of windows, just off the main road but quiet at night. Breakfast was included and there were many options. Even Sunday brunch was included. We loved the grill that cooked made to order items! Staff was friendly and attentive. My kids were obsessed with the massive gift shop.
Appreciate the front desk for modifying one of the rooms we booked due to a last minute family death and not charging a penalty for an early checkout. They were very understanding despite the advanced purchase rate we used. Would def come back again! Perhaps we can visit in the summer to take advantage of the outdoor pool, playground and animals for the kids!

First time staying here. Room was very nice and clean after an easy check-in at front desk. The gourmet buffet breakfast included with the room rate was excellent. I have already booked our room for next December.

Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Front desk employees were friendly and informative. The complimentary breakfast buffet was included in the room price.

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner @ Hershey Farms today. First time there since their remodel. It is beautiful! Very well designed! Lots of huge windows with natural lighting. The layout of the food buffet is fantastic. What an incredible buffet. Peel and eat shrimp, Turkey, Roast beef, steak, Crab cake, wonderful selection of vegetables, expansive salad bar, vast assortment of desserts. The staff are all extremely pleasant and provide extraordinary service. Lots of value for your $’s!!!

We will certainly return and highly recommend your dining with them as well!

We have been going to the Hershey Farm Resort for years and have always been extremely satisfied with our stay there. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food at the resort’s Grand Smorgasbord is fresh and delicious and is available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast is included with each night’s stay. This is not the typical hotel breakfast; it is a full hot buffet with a large variety of breakfast foods. We have found the staff to always be helpful and friendly. This is our go to place whenever we visit Lancaster.

Wonderful staff who handled my problem swiftly. It was very much appreciated. Looking forward to booking at this hotel again in the future!!!

Hershey Farm Resort was truly fantastic! From the arrival experience, the hotel room itself, and the Grand Smorgasbord, everything was wonderful. The barn in the back of the resort was adorable and we even got to feed the animals! We were staying to see a Sight and Sound production and it was so incredibly convenient and close! I highly recommend booking straight through them so you receive all the perks! Will absolutely be back!

Our visit in 2024 was fine, but this year was a major disappointment! Room was super small with an extremely small bathroom, peeling paint and missing furniture. Our friends initially had a room with no heat. When I complained about our room at checkout, I was offered no discount. We won’t be back.

Family crisis back home, @3:45pm response by staff and management was terrible concerning accommodations for checking out early.

We had a wonderful experience at the Hershey Farm Resort. We were met at the front desk by a very friendly staff to check in. The rooms were clean. The restaurant just recently reopened and the redesign was wonderful. The buffet for breakfast was wonderful and had plenty of variety for everyone. Planning to return.

We just returned from the Hershey Farm and we couldn’t be more pleased. First the place: You cannot look out of any window and not think you’re looking at a painting. The grounds are magnificent. The rooms are updated and impeccably clean. The breakfast buffet is phenomenal and very spacious. The staff shows a genuine warmth and caring . There is no doubt that I will be returning ( I already made my reservations when we left )

We stayed at Hershey Farm Resort while visiting Lancaster, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience from start to finish.

Check-in was easy, pricing was very reasonable, and our room was comfortable with a nice balcony to relax on. The resort’s redesigned farmhouse theme is beautiful and gave the whole place a warm, relaxing feel.

What really made the stay special was the onsite buffet and cafe. The buffet offered a variety of options—breakfast and dinner were both enjoyable. Most of the breakfast items were very good, though the chipped beef gravy was much too thick. Fortunately, there were plenty of other delicious choices, especially the crème brûlée French toast, which was outstanding. Dinner was also solid and satisfying.

The cafe turned out to be one of our favorite spots. We had plenty of seating to gather with relatives, play cards, and enjoy time together. The attached patio was another great touch—spacious and inviting.

Overall, Hershey Farm Resort exceeded our expectations and provided a wonderful balance of comfort, good food, and relaxing spaces. We’d gladly return and recommend it to others visiting the Lancaster area.

AMAZING!!! Can not say enough about our family stay at this resort. We came for 1 night with our 2 small children to see a show at sight and sound. The resort is beautiful. The Playgrounds, walking trails, animals to see and feed were all perfect. Room and resturant and even the shops in the resort were lovely and good fair prices. Will be returning!!!!

They are very good in all terms.

The free breakfast was the highlight of our stay! Very convenient if you plan on going to Sights & Sounds.
