The location of hotel

Cons:

Well i didn't like paying for parking as I didn't know until I got to the hotel. I have stayed there a few times and not paid for packing. Also the breakfast was not good at all over priced

Pros:

The hotel was just great. The room was really spacious, clean and comfortable. The location couldn't of been better, the staff really friendly, and all the food was really nice.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didnt like about the hotel. We stayed for a weekend and we would definitely stay again.

A hotel full of character with nice and ample rooms and close to everything.
Pros:

Room was very ample and clean. Very comfy bed. Quiet. Perfect location, right in the town center, with walking distance to everything - supermarkets, shops, cafes and the train station with a express service to London.

Cons:

The car parking is now paid (it wasn't before). That's a shame as this was one of the biggest differentials - to me - while choosing this hotel.

Enjoyed it very much!
Pros:

They stay was perfect and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect to my needs. They staff gave great recommendations for flowers and other items. Very enjoyable stay.

Dissappointing
Pros:

I could not have a bath or shower as the water was a brown colour. I reported this to reception at 10pm and was told to keep running the water, after 45 minutes the water was still brown. I was offered a new room however, at approximately 11pm all I wanted to do was sleep. Very disappointment with Manager who did not seem to care.

The breakfast cost £14 even you just wanted a couple of pieces of toast.

Cons:

Being unable to use the bath or shower. I was advised that they had a leak a week prior to my stay and therefore all baths and showers should have been checked before occupation of quests.
