Good value for money
Pros:

I will use again and hope for a better stay.
Pros:

Room fine, breakfast choice very good and staff polite and welcoming at the breakfast area. Hotel had a pleasant ambiance.

Cons:

Being awoken by females returning to their rooms at 12:45 and held a loud conversation in the corridor before entering 227. Then her friend entered her room and made the hotel shudder when she closed her bedroom door.
Reported on checkout but staff member not interested.
Breakfast area, Table used to locate toasters and bread, was very stick from lack of being degreased and cleaned. Rather off putting, so skipped toast the next day.

Disappointing and I am worried as booked and paid for stay in June.
Pros:

Position. I always stay there when visiting family in Weybridge.

Cons:

My granddaughter dropped me off and because she kindly helped me to room she was charged £7.50 for car park! Tv remote useless unless one inch from tv.
Room very very warm even with fan on all night.
No hot water in basin or shower which I didn’t report as very fed up and disappointed in quality of stay.

It was all right but not fantastic

The location was very handy

Cons:

The hotel was a little bit thread bare. It was fine for me because I was stopping there on a business trip but it wouldn't be somewhere. I would like to take somebody for a weekend. Let us just say that
