Excellent Value
Pros:

Having recently moved to Devon, we now need to find a place to stay when visiting our daughter, son in law and grandchildren. Whilst the rooms are a little tired and old school décor, it was clean, a proper bath with over shower and a comfortable bed. Fantastic location for walking into town for a drink or a bite to eat.
Price for room also very competitive compared to many others in the local vicinity.

Pros:

Nice hotel with good facilities in the centre of town. Parking available (important for a town centre location)

Cons:

OK it was January but the hotel was cold and particularly the breakfast room. The radiator in the room I turned up to maximum but it still only provided an adequate temperature. Probably a better experience in warmer months

Reasonable priced hotel for this part of the city
Pros:

Breakfast good wide range of options excellent crispy bacon. Cosy room, central position for shops

Cons:

Towel rail didn't heat up room 119. Expensive overnight parking since we last used hotel.

A pleasant stay. Would return.
Pros:

Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Service at dinner was particularly good.

Clean room with a comfy bed.

Good car park. Had to pay but there was plenty of room,

Cons:

Very slow check-in. Only one receptionist but lots of people waiting to check-in.

Bathroom taps were very stiff. Very difficult to adjust the water temperature
