Location and the facilities in general…. Was too hot this summer and i believe Uk will need air conditioning in hotels very soon.. but it is not the hotel fault.. it was absolutely amazing
Not about the hotel, it was perfect.. but next to it There was a boat in the river number 44 that the man had a big dog living inside tight with a rope.. all day night.. it was uncomfortable to see this abuse everytime i sit outside … i am surprised as this area is so animal friendly and nobody did anything about it.
The room was very large with a shared patio overlooking the river. Greast for a sundowner! The room appeared to be spotlessly clean. Breakfasts were OK and served in a beautiful oak-panelled room.
Great location - by the river and only 20 minutes walk to Shepperton station for frequent trains to London. 10 minute walk to the passenger ferry and D'Oyly Carte island.
Although the room was fine internally (apart from a very dated bathroom and cracks in the WC and sink,) it was located in a separate annex which, externally, looked like an old-fashioned motel. Not a great first impression. Sometimes seemed to be a shortage of staff.
Lovely rooms, not too sophisticated but clean and comfortable. Nicely a little old fashioned too.
Sad to see neighbouring hotels, pubs having to close down
Location is stunning. The entrance was beautiful. Was just let down by the room
Room was dirty door didn't close properly. Bathroom was dirty dead flies on window n dirty blinds
Lovely location and great staff. The swans and ducks out on the water were so nice to watch.
The carpark was a little tricky but managed to get a spot both nights.
Great location, nice room with terrace access overlooking river. Easy parking and a short stroll to the lock and riverside pub.
As others have stated the water pressure is poor, maybe they should fit electric showers .. staff seemed a little short staffed. Food was ok - passerable but could do with a bit of an upgrade to suit what could be an amazing venue.
Absolutely nothing!
Bad staff, dirty, waking up in the early hours to drug dealing in the car park, the fact that the rooms are rented out for an hour at a time (for reasons that were obvious) Couldnt eat breakfast as it was filthy in the dining room, dirty surroundings and utensils. I complained to the manager through email as was told that was the only way to contact her, was given a couldnt care less reply to my email. Checked out after 1 night of our 3 days, told no refund will be given, horrendous place! Stay away!!!
Warren lodge is a quaint find, relaxing and with a lovely garden that backs onto the river. Our room was small but perfect for two people.
The room was very hot, however it was during the heat wave.
Beautiful location, great food, Quiet nights sleep, comfy bed, friendly helpful staff, value for money, handy location near an event we were attending. Lots of free parking. Perfect.
Brilliant location
A few areas need updating
Lovely charming hotel on the river, good location
We were put in an annexe of the hotel which our room backed onto the carpark and on the ground floor so didn’t really want the windows open and it was hot when we were there
We had a short 2 night stay. The addition of a fan to the room was a godsend as it was glorious weather during our stay. It was a quiet, peaceful place in a beautiful setting. We didn't spend much time there but everything was spot on.
Nothing, everything was great.
All of it
Nothing
The location next to the river was spot on
They refuse to give a vat invoice and palm you off , can't print it .at check in , don't know how to on check out , you need to speak to this person on post departure emails . ...wouldn't stay again as this is now a cost to me not the business.. shame as the locations nice , and I now have a regular customer in that area
The location was the only thing good about this stay.
The rooms are tiny and really old fashioned with zero aircon and full of knatts all inside the windows, also when you open the toilet door you can barely fit inside and shut the door at the same time.
