מיקום מרכזי, אספו אותנו מהשדה והיו זמינים. החדר יפה, נקי יחסית עם מים חמים ומיזוג טוב

Fijn verblijf & prima locatie. Prijs kwaliteit kan beter vinden wij, maar we hebben hier een fijne tijd gehad!
Pros:

Mooi resort, fijn zwembad en de locatie was goed. Wel in een hele drukke straat waar het verkeer chaotisch is. Het zit niet aan het strand maar is wel op loopafstand (zo’n 10 minuten). Dat er in de ochtend toastjes & koffie en thee wordt aangeboden vonden we heel fijn! Al met al een goede accommodatie. De snorkeltour die we bij de receptie konden boeken was geweldig!!

Cons:

We werden opgehaald van de pier maar niet terug gebracht omdat de shuttleservice alleen in de ochtend en middag wordt aangeboden. En dus niet in de avond. Dat was een tegenvaller. Verder was onze koffer bijna meegegeven aan andere gasten omdat ze niet scherp hebben welke koffers bij wie horen als je vroeg uitcheckt. Gelukkig zagen we het gebeuren en konden we ingrijpen. Tot slot vinden we de prijs kwaliteit verhouding minder goed. Voor dit geld hebben we op andere plekken in thailand een stuk luxer gezeten. Maar wij vonden Koh Tao sowieso “duurder” dan verwacht (voor Thaise begrippen).

If you need sleep don’t stay here
Pros:

The pool area and rooms were clean

Cons:

Like sleeping next to a motorway. Reception staff were miserable and not welcoming especially the older lady. We didn’t feel welcome at all. Beds are rock hard

Si no hay mas opcion….
Pros:

Las cabañas necesitan mantenimiento , tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación ya que no es un sitio para descansar , si buscas fiesta y no te importa pasar mala noche elígelo .
El hotel debería pensar en cambiar al personal de l recepción, la mujer que está alli tiene un pésima actitud y no tíene mas mínima idea de lo que es servicio al cliente .
Hago una mención especial ala persona encargada de coordinar el staff de limpieza ya que siempre estuvo atenta a que nos sintiéramos cómodas y ayudó mucho con el cambio de habitación y fue muy amable , deberían ponerla a ella en recepción seguramente eso cambiaría las valoraciones del sitio !

Good stay in koh Tao.
Pros:

Very clean and location is ideal. They were also very accomodation, collecting us from the pier when we arrived and organising transport for us back to the pier after we left again.

Pros:

Chegamos antes do check in e o hotel recebeu-nos com torradas, chá e café gratuitos. Está muito bem localizado numa zona central com acesso fácil a varias lojas, com excelentes restaurantes mesmo ao lado. Apesar do bulício, o nosso quarto era A cerca de 10 minutos a pé da praia de Sairee, que é linda e proporciona um pôr do Sol magnífico! O staff foi sempre prestável e gentil.

Séjour agréable
Pros:

Hotel prêt de toutes les animations, restaurants…. Il y a tout à côté, facilité d’accès à tout, quartier très animé le soir, seul gros bémol suivant ou est votre chambre , il y a un club de box thaï, bruyant tôt le matin. Hôtel propre, personnel agréable, piscine superbe, bon rapport qualité prix prix
