Pros:

Останавливаемся здесь уже не первый раз. Удобное местоположение , рядом остановка , кафе, магазинчики. Завтраки вкусные. В холле есть разные развлечения, автоматы с напитками и снеками.

Pros:

Остановилась 2 й раз в 2 х местном номере, все супер, чисто, постоянно можно взять кофе внизу кипяток, но столкнулась с сюрпризом ночью, когда в 3 часа ночи, ко мне в номер вломился молодой человек в трусах и начал рассказывать что это его номер, но самое ужасное то, что он открыл мой номер своей карточкой, то есть все ваши вещи приватность и безопастность под угрозой. Заселение тоже не прошло гладко, я бронировала номер с 16 го числа, а прибыла в отель 17 в 2 часа ночи, персонал сказал с начала что не могут меня заселить так как нет брони ещё на день, после разборок, проверки квитанций все нашли. Кроме того, персонал очень плохо владеет немецким, на мои вопросы и возражения на немецком отвечали на английском, хотя по правилам, персонал должен переходить на язык клиента, там более а Штутгарте
Впечатление очень смешанные, с одной стороны отель действительно не плохой за свои деньги, но момент с открытием моего номера ночью пелверг меня в шок

Der Aufenthalt war ok, aber ich würde vermutlich nicht wiederkommen.
Cons:

Direkt am ersten Abend ist mir aufgefallen das die Glühbirne des Hauptlichts in meinem Zimmer defekt ist, leider konnte sie nicht gewechselt werden und erst nach dreimaligen Nachfragen, konnte ich das Zimmer wechseln, was sehr ärgerlich ist. In meinem neuen Zimmer hat es dann leider sehr unangenehm gerochen, als wären die Möbel mit einem Putzmittel gereinigt worden, das jetzt am ausdünsten ist.

Zweckmäßige Unterkunft mit gutem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Zentrumsnahe Unterkunft mit funktioneller Ausstattung. Check-in schnell und unkompliziert. Wir hatten 2 Doppelzimmer gebucht, eines davon war seitens der Unterkunft übersehen worden... Wurde aber umgehend vom freundlichen Empfangspersonal geregelt.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und für den Standard sehr gut.
Insgesamt sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Die Betten waren nicht sehr bequem und das Kissen zu hoch, aber das ist individuell unterschiedlich.
