Excelente experiencia
Pros:

Sin duda, disfruté muchísimo mi estadía en el Apart Hotel Quillango. Desde el inicio, la atención fue excelente; el personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos, incluso con flexibilidad en los horarios, lo que se agradece mucho durante un viaje.

Las habitaciones son amplias y muy bien equipadas. En nuestro caso, el departamento contaba con dos habitaciones y cuatro camas, ideal para familias o grupos. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio, con buena iluminación y ventilación, además de cortinas blackout que permiten un buen descanso.

El espacio incluye cocina equipada, refrigerador, mesa, sillón y Smart TV, junto con calefacción central regulable, lo que hace la estadía muy cómoda, especialmente considerando el clima de Punta Arenas. El baño era amplio y la ducha tenía muy buena presión de agua.

Otro punto destacable es que el hotel es muy silencioso, lo que permite descansar sin interrupciones. Además, el servicio de aseo es excelente: todo quedaba perfectamente limpio cada día.

La ubicación es céntrica, a solo un par de cuadras del centro, lo que facilita moverse caminando. También cuentan con estacionamiento privado, aunque es importante consultar disponibilidad con anticipación.

El desayuno es abundante y variado, incluyendo pan, queso, jamón, yogurt, leche, jugo, té, café, galletas y brownie; realmente muy completo.

En general, la experiencia fue excelente tanto por el servicio como por la comodidad. Sin duda, lo recomiendo totalmente para quienes busquen una estadía cómoda, tranquila y bien ubicada en la ciudad.

Great place to stay with lovely staff
Pros:

As a solo female traveler this was a great place to stay. It was a mini home from home. The accommodation was spacious and very clean and had everything I needed to make my week’s stay a very comfortable one. The staff were super friendly, efficient and spoke good English and the property felt very safe. The location is just a short, easy walk to the centre of town and nearby shops and tour venues. The other thing which I liked is that you get breakfast ingredients delivered the day before so you can make breakfast to your own taste (and enjoy it in your PJs :)

Comfortable and cosy
Pros:

The apartment was really comfortable with lovely linen, excellent modern bathroom with good shower, cosy and warm with radiator heating, and also windows to open during the warmer days. Reasonable range of kitchen facilities, so we could prepare basic meals. Very generous breakfast put in our fridge the afternoon before, so much that it did us for lunch and snacks every day too! Excellent friendly staff with 24 reception, and daily cleaning.
Town centre and scenic viewpoints were within reasonable walking distance, also supermarket and a couple of restaurants.

Cons:

If the weather was really bad you may find the walk to the main restaurants is a bit far (20-30 mins), but it was really easy and cheap to use Uber or the reception can organise cheap taxis too.

Es un muy buen lugar para alojar. El servicio es excelente, todo limpio, y el desayuno exquisito.

Cons:

La falta de accesibilidad por las escaleras. Pero los recepcionistas fueron siempre muy amables y nos ayudaron.

Sehr gutes Frühstück im Zimmer.
Gute Betten.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Auch die Einrichtung ist komfortabel. Alles noch ziemlich neu.

Cons:

Wer ein Apartement zur Straße hat, kommt sich vor wie auf der Autobahn. Das Hotel ist aber zentral gelegen.

Es gibt relativ wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten.
