So appreciative for Dawn at the front counter, eager to help and so compassionate, she’s a keeper
Pros:

Staff was excellent in accommodating us when we had to stay an extra night when I fell ill. Dawn adjusted our charges to match our 1st nights stay. We can’t put into words our gratitude we have for her. Thank you..

Pros:

Good. Missed cranberry juice, banana, breakfast roll,
muffins, cinnamon rolls, and 2%milk.

Cons:

Light on table couldn’t turn on.
Plus asked for noon checkout; it was okayed.
When came back 11:20 to get rest of luggage couldn’t get in. Housekeeping had to let me in.

Well I've had better.
Pros:

Staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

My bed was broke figured that out in the morning seeing the board sticking out over 5 inches. My mom and I both had sore backs due to hard beds. Toilets are perfect size for a toddler. I'm short and it was very difficult to get down to use.

Lovely visit!
Pros:

Very helpful and welcoming staff. The pool looked awesome! Next time, I'll pack my suit and get some laps in!
Breakfast offered as well, but I missed. There is a coffee machine and coffee supplies in the room, so you can brew your own first thing. Mini fridge as well; no freezer section.
The room was extremely clean and comfortable, with two doors, one accessing parking and other interior building. Quiet location and facility. Extra thanks to staff who create the very ornate towel folding creations-this is a very nice touch to find when one is on the road for work. Greatly appreciated! I'll be back!

Cons:

Didn't find a thing, but my own fault- missed breakfast.
