Pros:

Hotel is charming as can be! It's a hundred years old, but incredibly well kept and it has a lot of beautiful features. The town square around it is great for a little walking around a bit and browsing the quaint village. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good as well.

Cons:

Nothing! Literally have nothing negative to say about it

A warm, magical, and beautiful place to stay!
Pros:

The entire atmosphere of this hotel is welcoming and magical! The staff were so nice and helpful and friendly! This hotel truly felt like a home and we were sad to leave. When visiting Cincinnati again, we will never stay anywhere else but here!

The property was beautiful and had a lot of nice walkable areas for dinner. It was nice that the hotel had a restaurant downstairs as well.

Cons:

We got our truck broken into. They smashed our windows. We had to check out a night early due to our truck being broke into. We have been trying to contact the property to get a refund for the one night and have had no luck with a response.

Pros:

There was a leak in my ceiling and it was raining. They do not even give you one bottle of water for your room. The rooms could really use some updates. They barely have any plugs to plug in iPhone or iPad. And NONE by the beds?????
