Le calme le personnel

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner à 9h15 plus de fromage blanc , plus de viennoiseries ( faites dans l urgence après notre demande mais pains au chocolat pas cuits ) plus de charcuterie , à peine de fromage , pas de bacon pour les œufs !!!! Rien allait !!!!
Très dommage l année dernière c était très bien

Arrived at 8pm, had to wait for staff to notice me, both bar and restaurant closed. Could not get a beer before 10pm where it should be possible.

De l'accueil du personnel souriant et tres agréable jusqu'au départ le lendemains en passant par les prestations proposées (hammam, sauna, piscine et massage) petit déjeuner copieux et le maître de service tres attentionné auprès de la clientèle c'était fort sympathique 🤩🤩 l'environnement parfait pour une déconnection AU CALME !! avec vue sur les chevaux !

Tout petit bémol le sauna est un peu petit 2 couples cest suffisant pour moi.. sinon on se marche dessus.. mais ça mérite sa place 😉

As senhoras da recepção não estão a altura de um hotel, não sabem coisas simples como tirar uma factura, perdi um manhã e não consegui resolver tudo. Incompetência absoluta.
