Cons:

The room door had difficulty latching. Housekeeping went in and the door wasn’t locked. Also power went out and someone walked up timeout door and attempted to get in. Thankfully I had the safety latch engaged.

Great place to crash. Would recommend and stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Food was fresh and clean. Location was perfect. Front desk staff was also awesome and attentive. Room was very clean as well. Housekeeping also did a great job. Would stay here again.

Cons:

There was no cold water in the shower. Not a big deal, but we were hoping for hot water when we showered.

I didn't eat breakfast. The hotel was really well located and the room was very clean.

Nice room unlike the rest
Pros:

We stayed here for 2 nights and we did appreciate our room. It was comfortable and clear.
It is a pity the the overall structure looks a bit worn down and that the breakfast room doesn't really make a good impression because the hotel is in an excellent location, close to the harbour and with plenty of parking space for tourists travelling around Alaska

Close to everything

Cons:

Only double beds available for those traveling with pets. Originally booked an oceanview room with a king bed.
After booking I found out about the double bed only, pet fee and no oceanview room. Very disappointing
