Pros:

The staff makes all the difference! They are very kind, helpful and make you feel at home. Just because of the staff I would gladly choose this place before any fancy 5-star Hotel.

Hübsches Hotel in toller Lage
Pros:

Die Lage im Nordwesten der Innenstadt ist perfekt, um die umliegenden schönen Viertel und den Friedenspalast zu erkunden. Stadtmitte und Scheveningen sieht gut per Fahrrad zu erreichen . Der Parkplatz hintern Hotel war sehr praktisch. Alternativ finden sich aber auch Parkplätze an der Straße.

Cons:

Das gebuchte Zimmer war sehr klein, mit Dachschräge und ohne Schrank. Als Aufenthaltsraum hat das Hotel nur den Speiseraum. Leider ist der Fahrradverleih des Hotels umständlich und teuer. Also besser öffentliche Alternativen nutzen.

Pros:

The staff was super. The elevator was a bonus. Bus and trams very close by!

Cons:

I wish the property had ice machine for our use! A fridge would help, but my med freezer pack was put in kitchen freezer as required!

Il s’agissait d’une arrivée tardive dans la nuit ainsi que d’une réservation de dernière minute.
Tout s’est bien passé, l’accueil et le staff était top et très pro. Merci !

Cons:

Léger manque de pression au niveau de la douche.
