Pros:

They were able to check us in an hour early. Good hair dryer, spacious room.

Cons:

It was very cold, with a draft coming from the window. The room was for three people, but for some reason there were only enough cups, tea, and coffee for two.

Het boeken via de eigen website ging in eerste instantie niet goed en ik werd hier nauwelijks bij geholpen, behalve doorverwezen naar de internationale klantenservice. Die mensen spraken nauwelijks Engels, konden mijn boeking niet zien en waren niet behulpzaam. Ik had al betaald en door toedoen van notabene het eigen systeem, is de betaling afgebroken, is het bedrag van mijn rekening afgeschreven maar is de boeking niet geregistreerd. Doordat ik door de klantenservice niet goed geholpen ben, keerde ik me voor ondersteuning naar de locatie in Den Haag maar daar werd niet op gereageerd. Na een aantal weken heb ik het maar laten zitten, tot ik (zonder verdere informatie of excuses), opeens het bedrag op mijn rekening kreeg teruggestort. Ik heb toen een boeking via booking.com gedaan omdat ik geen vertrouwen meer had in een goede afloop via de website van BW. De boeking was voor mijn ouders. Zij vonden de kamer te warm en hebben dit aangegeven maar kregen hier nauwelijks reactie op. Ook dit viel tegen. Ik zal hier in de toekomst geen kamer meer boeken.
