Pros:

Nachtportier, hij was passief agressief .
Dwong extra geld te betalen, volgende dag wel geregeld door de receptie.

Cons:

Dunne Kussens en dekbed .
Schimmel in de badkamer en stof en spinnenwebben.
Als je de lamp uit deed deden de stopcontacten het ook niet .
De drank vergunning was ingetrokken, terwijl op de website foto's nog mensen met een drankje aan de bar zaten .
Smart TV aanwezig, alleen niet verbonden met het internet 🤯

Pros:

Everything perfect from start to finish. Staff was super accommodating regarding booking changes and late arrival, the receptionist who checked us in at midnight was very friendly. Room was quite spacious and the entire house is just beautiful and looks very well taken care of. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I've ever seen. We only had a one night stay here but will definitely come back to this the next time we're in Den Haag!

Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel en voor ons doel de perfecte locatie. Zeer ruime familiekamer oor 3 personen. Schone badkamer.

Cons:

Douchegordijn in de douche. De ruimte is te krap waardoor het gordijn tijdens het douchen tegen je aan komt.

Very friendly staff, Elize, Jaya and Dounia, also including housekeeping. The hotel is clean, and the room was quiet and spacious. I was satisfied. Recommended.

Cons:

Kamer was klein en wastafel in de slaapkamer. Zat kalkaanslag in de glazen wasbak. Douchegordijn werkt prima maar wel wat armetierig.

Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen
Pros:

Wenige Schritte zur Straßenbahn, Parkplatz hinterm Haus 17,50 pro Tag), freundliches Personal, liegt auch in einer schönen Gegend von Den Haag. Das indonesische Restaurant in derselben Straße ist super.

Cons:

Dass man die Tageskarte für die Straßenbahn nicht vorrätig hatte, da muss man zum Bahnhof gondeln, weil es die sonst nirgends gibt

Pros:

I like the staff: very helpful and attentive. Quiet hotel, a bit outside the city center so need to walk about 30min. I like the option of kleenex in the room.

Cons:

Did not like the curtain in the very small shower. Pillows smaller than the width of the bed. Would have liked oat (with and without gluten) at breakfast as well as chia for example.

Die super freundliche Rezeptionistin

Cons:

Keine Fenster im Zimmer und auch nicht im Bad. Ganz schlimme Luft im Raum. So konnte ich dort nicht schlafen. Das das Zimmer keine Fenster hat würde nirgends angegeben. Diese Info wäre ausschlaggebend für meine Buchung gewesen.
