Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im Hotel Hoher Freschen in Rankweil.

Der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert und reibungslos, was nach der Anreise besonders angenehm war. Das Personal war freundlich und professionell, man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt.

Das Hotel selbst ist gepflegt, ruhig gelegen und bietet eine schöne Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen in der Region. Die Zimmer waren sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, alles Wichtige war vorhanden.

Insgesamt ein stimmiger Aufenthalt ohne negative Punkte – gerne wieder.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist nicht nur gut gelegen, sondern insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet. Sowohl die Zimmer als auch das angeschlossene Hotelrestaurant.

Cons:

Das Personal ist sehr höflich, jedoch etwas "langsam": Ich bin beim Einchecken für 5 Minuten durch die Lobby und das Restaurant geirrt, bis sich jemand gefunden hat, obwohl die Personen vor dem Hotel eine kurze (und sicher gerechtfertigte, aber dennoch) Pause gemacht haben, da man mich übersehen hat. Als Kleinigkeit, die erwähnt werden kann: Die Batterie des Zimmersafe war leer, was für mich in dem Moment kein Problem war.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis in zentraler und ruhiger Lage

Die Lage, zentral und doch ruhig mit gutem Parkplatzangebot. Die Größe des Zimmers (Wir hatten ein Premiumzimmer)

Es gab keine Türe zum Bad und nur eine Glastüre zum WC, was etwas störend war.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut allerdings waren die Rühreier kalt und die Tische waren nicht eingedeckt. Erst auf Nachfrage gab es Besteck.
