Pros:

Очень хороший отель! Расположен прямо около трассы, фактически в отеле одеваешь лыжи и по тропинке, 50-70метров, скатываешься на трассу!!! Также с трассы. Готовят в ресторане очень качественно и вкусно, цены невысокие. Персонал прекрасный. Номера просторные, хорошие, но без излишеств, хрустальные люстры там не нужны)))) Отель рекомендую !!!!!!!!

Cons:

Обратите внимание- ночью ресепшен не работает!!!! Т. Е. Если вы приезжаете ночью или рано утром, заранее обязательно свяжитесь с отелем, чтобы вам оставили ключ от номера у охраны.

Pros:

Находится рядом со склоном, буквально метров 100-200. Персонал очень радушный. Завтрак разнообразный. Вай фай уверенно работал на всей территории.

Cons:

Конечно, 4* было раньше, сейчас я бы дал не более 3х. Номер, где я жил, был достаточно прилично потрепан, неплохо освежить. На территории есть прокат лыжного оборудования, но не оказалось шлема нужного размера и не было вообще масок, пришлось брать в другом месте. Завтрак крайне желательно сделать раньше, часов с 8, а не с 9.30, так как курорт начинает работать раньше. Кровать, в целом, была удобная, но одеяла какие-то странные, избыточно тёплые, спал в результате с открытым окном при -15, тогда стало комфортно).

Очень хороший отель и самое главное самый добрый персонал который можно встретить на территории всей Армении, прям сразу понимаешь что хотят помочь от всего сердца, особо хочу отметить горничную, которая прям ходячая доброта

Второй раз отдыхали в отели. Все как и в прошлый раз прекрасно. Для тех кто приезжает кататься на горнолыжном курорте, отличный вариант

Мы проживали в этом отеле одну ночь. Этот отель самый удобный для тех кто катается на лыжах. Мы приехали намного заранее времени заезда, но нас сразу заселил. Большое спасибо. Подробнее о номере: номер очень старый, мебель тоже. Есть чайный уголок, чайник и чашки. Столик рядом с телевизором, но электророзетка только одна. Телевизор не двигается. Т.е. чтобы включить чайник надо искать другую розетку. Я нашла только рядом с диваном. Т.о. чайник стоял на диване. Душевая уже грязная и старая. Постельное белье чистое, полотенца тоже. Если для кого удобства в номере не имеют значения, то эта гостиница удобна. Можно на лыжах спуститься к подъемнику и обратно с горы подъехать на лыжах. Все остальные гостиницы, даже если написано , что 100 метров, все не удобно т.к. все круто в гору. Я не пишу про абсолютно новую гостиницу, другой сети гостиниц, которая построена рядом. Она еще не открыта. На ресепшен персонал очень дружелюбный 5 из 5. В ресторане завтрак не богат, но голодными не останетесь. Ужин и обед , за свой счет, вкусно и порции очень большие. СПА : сауна открывается в 17. Сауна холодная, бассейн работает с утра. Вода в бассейне холодная. Гулять негде, т.к. нет пешеходных дорожек. Все или круто в горку иди под горку. Был лед . Муж сильно упал и ударил спину. территория маленькая, но симпатичная. Эта гостиница построила новый корпус Запуск в следующем сезоне.
Вывод: ничего плохого сказать про эту гостиницу не могу. Просто мы привыкли к другому уровню сервиса. Мы сменили гостиницу и переехали в новую, которая только что построена. Еще раз, для тех кто катается, это очень хороший вариант.

Pros:

Прекрасный горнолыжный отель с идеальным расположением — подъёмники буквально в шаговой доступности. Отличный спа-комплекс, где можно по-настоящему расслабиться после дня в горах. Персонал очень любезный и внимательный. В номере было очень тепло и уютно. Порадовала вкусная еда, солнечная погода и восхитительная природа вокруг — место, куда хочется вернуться.

Great stay.
Pros:

We stayed in a two-bedroom cottage with a fully equipped kitchen, while the other accommodation was a one-bedroom cottage without a kitchen. We truly enjoyed our stay at Alva. Everyone was very accommodating—two thumbs up to the staff for always making sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay at Alva again. We even got to enjoy the pool during winter and had fun playing billiards as well. There is also a convenient shortcut near the reception that takes you directly to the ski lift and nearby restaurants. Sharing with you the photos of the 2 bedroom cottage and their daily breakfast buffet spread.
