Pros:

Best Western in the Dells is a great choice. I have chosen this location approximately 20 times over the years as they are extremely fair priced for what you're getting. Higher prices during peak tourism is also still fair.

Cons:

It's a fairly decent sized hotel. An extra pool would have been nice.

The staff was friendly and always had a smile.

Cons:

It was very dark throughout the hotel and room. The bed was very uncomfortable, we prefer a firm mattress. There was an odor throughout the building and room. And so on

The dumpy hotel should be closed down by the state !

This was a filthy disgusting trashy dump falsely advertised as smoke free people were in hallways smoking cigarettes and marijuana. The room reeked of smoke. If you are concerned about having your family around drugs and smoking. Don’t stay at this dump charged $350.00 for one night at this filthy garbage can.
