The first room i was given was dirty with stained sheets and food still on floor 2nd room seemed to be little cleaner until you look at head bored and I dont even wanna know what it was mind you the employee im calling to change rooms is trying her best not to be nice or helpful she was rude and not professional at all !nd made my stay worse not better I will never spend another dime in this place horrible treatment and horrible employee had no right treating me bad cause their rooms are dirty and pics dont look anything like where I thought I was staying never again

Cons:

The hallways and elevators were dirty and did not seem to be cleaned regularly. The room itself was just okay—nothing terrible, but definitely not as clean or comfortable as expected. The hotel could really use better attention to cleanliness and general maintenance.

Nice little hotel that is not too busy
Pros:

I love the outdoor pool and hot tub

Cons:

We had a king bed and the sheets kept coming off the corner of the bed. Also we did not have a do not disturb sign in our room. The breakfast ends early. Door 8 was finicky about opening with the card reader.

Great nice and clean room service came everyday to clean up and give us new towels and threw out trash. It wasn’t dirty

Great breakfast and they give you tickets to Noah’s ark so that’s nice too

I liked that they have indoor and outdoor poor and a Jacuzzi

The location and the wristbands with the hotel was the only good part

Cons:

To start with we didn’t read the reviews of this hotel prior so that was our mistake. when we got there we waited about 45 minutes just for the front desk to check in two groups. We finally got to check in and got our rooms the smell was horrendous, it smelled like mold and mildew. The first glance into the sink there was a bug. we looked around the room and there was two wet towels hanging in the closet. I came with two other groups of people with separate rooms and there rooms had similar smells. I went to the front desk and told them about it and they wrote my room number down and said sorry they will have housekeepers remove them. Time goes by and when it comes time to shower we saw black mold. I went to the front and said something once again, they let us move rooms where they had the same problems but tried to cover them up. which where still noticeable. I was already on the verge of asking for a refund when the next morning my sister in the next 3 rooms over saw a cockroach in her room when she turned the lights on it ran. one of our friends informed us he saw one the night before and slept it off. We went to the front desk immediately and asked for a refund they gave us a full refund. we told them about there reviews and that this isn’t the first time and told us they thought they got rid of them, and the exterminators must not have done a good job. The cleanliness of this hotel is not good at all, and their breakfast is very bad. I do not recommend.

When we come every year we book this hotel.
Pros:

Laura greeted me at check in with great smile and friendly hello. And shared all the advantages of the hotel. A true gem to your organization. Makes us always rebook our hotel here at the Dells. Truly a valuable person for our representative of the hotel l.
