Nice hotel, good location, reasonably priced.
Pros:

I have stayed twice in this hotel. It is a short walk from the Luzern Train station. The reception is very friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The Breakfast buffet offers something for everyone. The Peruvian restaurant that is on the ground floor of the hotel is excellent.

Pros:

Clean room, kettle in room and mini fridge available for room.

Cons:

Bed very low and room much smaller than expected. Very small tv on the wall. Fan in ensuite on all night. Light switches temperamental and took few attempts for light to work each time entering room. Wall sockets only some worked. Would not stay here again as noise from corridor was like person was in your room. Staff not very helpful.

Une seule chaise, dommage !
Des bruits de moteurs style VMC un peu gênants.

Nos gustó la ubicación y que la habitación era muy espaciosa. El desayuno muy correcto, con fruta, cereales, café, croissant, queso, embutidos, tomate, yogur y panecillos. Buena calefacción. Buena relación calidad precio

Bon hôtel mais politique de gestion des données personnelles à revoir

Personnel accueillant, hôtel bien situé par rapport à la gare, le wifi fonctionne bien, le petit déjeuner est bon

Cons:

l'hôtel vous fait signer un formulaire dans lequel vous acceptez que vos données personnelles soient utilisées à des fins publicitaires et commerciales. J'ai tenté de refuser de signer mais le réceptionniste m'a signifié que si je ne signais pas je n'avais pas la chambre. Je n'ai eu qu'à m'incliner.

perfekt für Städtetripp
Pros:

Uns hat die Lage zum Stadtzentrum sehr gefallen, das Hotel hat eine sehr gemütliche Einrichtung und das Frühstück ist ordentlich und der Frühstücksservice sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Kein Abfalleimer im Zimmer.
