Pros:

Emplacement proche de la vieille ville.

Cons:

Accueil du personnel. Pas de réponse reçue pour mes demandes (notammentchambre dès 13h00 ).
Revenez à 15h00 ! 14h55 il faut attendre 15h00 !
Bruits de nettoyage dès 09h00 le matin !

Okay....
Pros:

We liked the location of the hotel, very close to the centrum. The breakfast was nice as well.

Cons:

● We didn't like the communication between the staff - that could improve. As we checked in at around15:20 and came up to the room, the housekeeping was not yet done preparing our room. The housekeeping ladies were super nice and fast and had it ready in 10 minutes. But if they communicate with receptionist we could wait in the lobby to check in after the room is ready and not wait there sitting on the stairs. We understand sometimes there is a lot going, but that could be handled differently.
● The toilet paper holder was broken
● The electric fan made quite exceptional noise, that it was not possible to sleep while it was on
● The beds (we had one big - I think queen sized - bed) which were sliding apart from each other with exceptional ease. We understand that they were two beds put together, which is normal and all good but literally they were "flying apart" 🤣😅

Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage ist prima, vor allem, wenn man mit den Öffis anreist.

Das Badezimmer war renovierungsbedürftig, und auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war selbst unter Schweizer Bedingungen nicht unbedingt angemessen.
