Overpriced for such small rooms and service. We requested a room with bathtub but weren't given one so had to go back to request one even though the first time the guy at reception seemed suoer sure we have one with bathtub. Tells much about it. What's even funnier was that the same guy gave some customers before us a free upgrade of the room lol.
Anyway the bathtub we got was full of mold around it and the water pressure was so low that we lost the motivation to take a bath. The sink seal was broken so water got accumulated everytime.
The indoor security look was broken and the door had a big gap and wasn't sealed close so you could hear all noise from outside and it kept banging when other rooms doors were being closed to the poitn we kept thinking someone entered our room.
Room service was super average they just replaced half of the towels. You don't get new water bottles. Sheets weren't changed, we used a bedsheet with a hole since day one There's no fridge in the room, locker was there but no key for it.
We paid almost 500 chf for all this.

The bath to stand in for the shower was awful. It had this hump in the middle so no matter what you did you could not at all stand comfortably. I don't care if the hotel gives the excuse that "this room will be renovated shortly". You are offering it to me now. It is not an acceptable excuse, especially for the money you charge.

The breakfast was extremely basic. This is probably the most barebones breakfast of a hotel I've ever had. It was something and you won't go hungry... But it's not much more than that.

This hotel seems to hire their breakfast room out to local touring groups on occasion. This happened one morning and the entire breakfast room was overwhelmed by an avalanche of what seemed to be between 50-80 people which the room itself and the barebones breakfast could not handle. This makes it extremely uncomfortable for paying guests of the hotel and turned the whole experience into a farce.

As it's an old property there is no air conditioning, which is fair enough. But don't expect to get a good night's sleep on a warm evening. The fan provided is mediocre and there is a lack of power sockets in the room to plug it in suitably.

Our room had a side light button completely missing making the light unusable,, a window which wouldn't shut property, a bathroom that wasn't at all completely clean, and overall the room looked quite outdated. While we are not expecting amazing things for the price, it didn't really meet expectations either. It didn't ruin the stay, but it felt a bit cheap and overlooked. We went for the basic room, so maybe other rooms are better maintained than this, but I can only give a review of the experience we had, and the room provided which left much to be desired.

Finally they don't change bedsheets while you're staying at the hotel, or only after several days.

Direi che sono cose migliorabili, non è che non mi sono piaciuti. La camera fumatori aveva la tapparella e non funzionava, oltre che la porta finestra non si chiudeva bene e la dovevamo tenere chiusa, oltre a mettere dei salviettoni per asciugare l'acqua che filtrava. La colazione non male, ma a parte marmellata e Nutella da spalmare, non c'è una fetta di torta o un muffin. La qualità è buona.

When checking in the guy at the reception was incredible arrogant; hardly ever met anything like this before.
It was a very hot day and we had a room at the topfloor. The mobile airco unit was not working, there was a fan however and that could not handle the job for a decent temperature.
Very bad value for money.

Apenas o box ser aberto e molhar o banheiro um pouco a mais!

Wir waren 3x mal am Empfang, davon war er 2 mal nicht besetzt und es gibt keine Möglichkeit sich bemerkbar zu machen. Wir sind dann einfach gegangen nachdem morgens nach 15 Minuten niemand erschienen ist.

I shared a double room which was ok, my friend had a single room which wasn’t very good, extremely small and cell like. Not worthy of a 3 star hotel.
Dreadful music in reception stopped you from taking advantage of the only comfy seats.

Old worn out facilities, very small rooms.
With 300 CHF also very expensive ... and the worst of all: pictures on the website show better rooms than in reality ... a direct shame ...

Could have been cleaner, things were broken in the room, breakfast wasn't great. The room was exceptionally hot 32 centigrade

The room wasnt very new or nice but it was somewhere to sleep. We had a nice terrace
