pleasant, well located.
Pros:

we got free upgrade to a family room, so the room was spacious with a balcony with a partial view of the emountains.
the breakfast was good. The location is perfect easy walking distance to the centre.

Cons:

there is no parking at the hotel. There is not even a possibility to stop with the car and ask where to park. the wrote they will assist us when we reach tehere but really it is impossible to stop in front of the hotel. so we looked for a parking garage only to learn later there is a cheaper off gorund parking.

it's an old style hotel, and it definitely needs refurbishment, with the worst bed I ever had.

Excelênte
Pros:

Quarto aconchegante, limpo com varanda. Café da manhã excelente e todo o hotel é um charme, assim como a cidade de Lucerna. Os funcionários muito atenciosos. Hotel é perto da estação de trem o que facilitou muito nossa chegada e partida da cidade.

Cons:

Não tenho que reclamar de nada. Recebemos do hotel um voucher que dava direito ao transporte púbico dentro da zona central da cidade e aproveitamos para fazer um passeio de barco pelo lago de Lucerna.

Pros:

Very nice apartment, and a great breakfast. Close to everything,

Cons:

A little fridge would be a nice improvement. As we are travelling, we are carrying some food with us for lunches. And I am finding it difficult to get used to these strange European bedding arrangements. Two singles makes a very poor Double, and two single quilts as well, and the weird huge pillows? Anyway, maybe that's just me.

Decepción y falta de conservación

centrico y bien situado

Cons:

Enchufes y conservación general en mal estado
Cobraron fianza por un adaptador cuando no podíamos conectarnos en los enchufes, ya que se desencajaban de la pared
En la ducha se salía todo el agua y para personas un poco altas, muy difícil ducharse

Excellent location, good value, comfy bed. Breakfast is very good and staff was nice

Cons:

Renovation hasn't been done in the bathroom for a good while. There was no enamel inside the bath, it was black.
Even though reception supposed to be open from 7am, it was closed at 7.15. People were waiting in the hall
