I am staying in this hotel third time, for the 15 days. The rooms need some refurbishment because all things are old, but not bad. Good location, the receptionist allowed to check in earlier, because I was exhausted after the overnight flight. I would give 8 of 10, plus 2 points for the friendless of staff, but....
I wanted to sleep in my room after checkin, so I put "do not disturb" sign in front of door. I was sleeping but In half an hour the guy from reception called me to the room to ask why I put "do not disturb" because they want to bring some "compliment". Seriously? I put do not disturb in a purpose do not disturb me 😁
So minus 5 points for that stupidest thing and no, I will not stay here again.
По прежнему к номерам и обслуживающему персоналу нареканий нет.
Обновление по поводу питания и совмещение с кафе было конечно не очень. Во первых ассортимент выбора снизился. Во вторых поскольку идет совмещение с кафе, то видно было как присутствие посторонних людей не проживающих в отеле, соответственно возникает путаница.
В целом не плохо, но ассортимент выбора на завтрак уменьшился и безусловно сказывается на качественном завтраке.
Очень хорошая локация для меня, вид из окна потрясающий, завтрак очень разнообразный по выбору блюд

Дружелюбный персонал, чистота, интерьер фойе, удобные кресла и диваны для отдыха на первом этаже, хорошие запахи во всем отеле, каждый день большие бутылки воды в номер
