Отзывчивый персонал, приятный бонус - фруктовая тарелка. Администраторы - очень красивые девушки. Вкусные завтраки! Живая музыка на белом рояле в фойе.

Cons:

Бронировали номер для некурящих, заселились на 1 этаже, где курят. В номере было холодно. Первые сутки спали одетыми. Регулятор тепла не реагирует. Хоть +33 выставляй, все равно дует воздух прохладный. И потом, не стоит менять крышку от унитаза в присутствии живущих гостей, тем более, что она просто слегка поцарапана.

Умывальник сразу забился, утюг не работал вода сразу вылилась с утюга, рисковать и гладить предоставленным утюгом рубашку не рискнули
