Overall considering the location it's a good stay, rooms were comfortable
Pros:

I was there for the exhibition, so the location was very good

Cons:

At the time of checking in, the staff was quite rigid and unaccommodating. For vegetarian there are not many options, we had to eat only bread on all days.

Я уже второй раз останавливаюсь в Best Western Plus Atakent Park Hotel и хочу отметить отличную работу сотрудников Zhanerke Altybas и Dias на ресепшене.
Очень профессиональная и дружелюбная команда. Заселение проходит быстро, сотрудники всегда готовы помочь, ответить на вопросы и подсказать по городу. Особенно приятно, что персонал внимательный и искренне заботится о комфорте гостей. Кроме этого на сухур утром очень вкусные блюда приносили. Отдельно поварам РЕСПЕКТ!

Спасибо за высокий уровень сервиса. С удовольствием буду останавливаться здесь снова.

Здравствуйте, мы были 4 ночи, и уборку сделали 1 раз и то по моей просьбе
В туалете сильно воняло, вода текла грязная
И был нереально сухой воздух в комнате
Каждый день меняли ключи, так как переставали работать
Доходили до номера, а открыть не можем
На просьбу принести, отказывали и могли по 3 раза ходить за ключом, так как каждый мог не работать
