Вежливый, отзывчивый персонал. Девушка Наргиз на ресепшн, практически мгновенно реагировала и решала мои просьбы и пожелания. Спасибо за комплимент ввиде фруктовой нарезки, ну и конечно неожиданный апгрейд номера👍
Классный завтрак. Шикарная лаунж зона.

Ждем появления spa зоны.

Удачная локация в городе. Номер повысили до более высокого уровня, спасибо за профессионализм и гостеприимство девушке менеджеру Altybas Zhanerke. Великолепные и очень красивые просторные интерьеры - есть даже белый рояль в холле возле ресторана, где накрываются завтраки, цветы повсюду, успокаивающие оттенки, играет тихая музыка. Тому, кому важна эстетическая составляющая - вам сюда. Замечательные свежие фрукты как комплимент в номер, спасибо!)) Хорошая питьевая вода в достаточных количествах. Тишина как в номерах, так и в общественных помещениях на этаже. Лифты 2 шт. работают быстро. Комфорт для гостей продуман как в целом, так и в мелочах.

Cons:

Чуть-чуть мебель в номерах несовременная, но это скорее просто наблюдение, которое не влияет на удобство, поскольку компенсируется чистотой, особенно удобными подушками и матрасом, TV большой и современный. Такого, чтобы что-то не понравилось, не было такого.

Overall considering the location it's a good stay, rooms were comfortable

I was there for the exhibition, so the location was very good

Cons:

At the time of checking in, the staff was quite rigid and unaccommodating. For vegetarian there are not many options, we had to eat only bread on all days.

Очень профессиональная и дружелюбная команда. Заселение проходит быстро, сотрудники всегда готовы помочь, ответить на вопросы и подсказать по городу. Особенно приятно, что персонал внимательный и искренне заботится о комфорте гостей. Кроме этого на сухур утром очень вкусные блюда приносили. Отдельно поварам РЕСПЕКТ!

Спасибо за высокий уровень сервиса. С удовольствием буду останавливаться здесь снова.
