Уставший отель за неадекватную цену
The reception and welcome staff were friendly and helpful, and the Wi-Fi coverage was good.
The breakfast selection was very limited. The food was tasteless, of poor quality, and seemed to have been left out for a long time. Items that ran out were slow to be replenished.
When I called to book a massage, no one spoke English, and they hung up on me. When I went downstairs to speak to them in person, their attitude made me feel as though using a translation app to communicate with me was too much trouble.
The towels in the room were so old and worn that they did not look clean.
Ну, давайте, всё же с плюсов. Близко к выставке. Удобный матрац. Хороший чайный набор в номере. Крутые умывальные принадлежности. Достаточно вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Где-то там есть спортзал и спа. Ну и в целом интерьер красивый, конечно.
Однако общий итог этого всего - около нулевой комфорт.
Стены и окна картонные. За весь отель не скажу, но если вторая цифра вашего номера больше чем 1, то ваш номер будет слишком близко к Тимирязева. Не знаю, всегда так или нет, но в октябре 2026 вся Алма-Ата почти круглые сутки стоит в 9 бальных пробках, включая Тимирязева. На тишину рассчитывать не стоит ни в какое время суток.
Уборка странная - приходят в 9 или раньше. Один раз пришли в 8, я попросил прийти попозже, так не пришли в тот день вообще, в итоге, обиделись. Обновление комплектации в номере происходит в неустановленном порядке. Вода то горячая, то негорячая, то ржавая. Ванна есть, пробки нет. Кондиционер работает только на обогрев. Номер убитым не назову, кончено, но усталость местами видна невооруженным глазом.
Еда вроде вкусная, но в один прекрасный день кончилась красная рыба (которая и так была крашеная). Так кухня настрогала имбиря и убрала таблички с названием блюда. Не знаю, кого этим хотели обмануть.
Лифты живут абсолютно своей жизнью. С третьего на первый ездили через пятый.
Может быть это всё мелки придирки, но суммарно, повторюсь, ощущение от соотношения цена-качество можно обозначить только как разочарование.
