Room was spacious and comfortable. It was also newly built and in great condition.
The breakfast buffet has a decent, but limited, selection that starts getting repetitive after a few nights.

My god the location and how hard it was to get to it walking of course by bus is easy. Yet I didn’t like one bit how the staff during the day shift talked with me one bit. Instead of being helpful understanding she kept being vague and talking from an entitled position which I didn’t like at all. When someone is asking you what the guarantee is for dont just say oh yea it’s for all other expenses ( I suppose the price of the building is also a case here) and you should know that?!!! These kinds of conversations and more importantly way of talking to your clients will definitely not make them want to come back! Otherwise there was a gentleman at the night shift very calm very respectful and he helped me to open the door of my room.
Reasonably priced in respect to room and breakfast.
Dinner on the Terrace was a bit limited for the prices being charged. (I appreciate it's Switzerland!)

Ligging centraal bij oude stad, centrum en een half uur lopen naar het meer. Klassiek, degelijk hotel met een prima uitstraling.

We booked a room with lake view and balcony on the top floor. It was really great. In addition the staff was the very friendly and helpful. Perfect.

זה מלון חביב ונעים . הוא קצת מיושן אבל בחדר יש כל מה שצריך ויש בו בידוד טוב מרעשים חיצוניים. המיקום במרחק הליכה סביר מהאטרקציות שישנן בלוזאן, החניה נוחה למדי חדר הכושר מצוין היטב והמסעדה במלון עם שירות מצוין ומחירים לא יקרים יחסית למחירים במסעדות בסביבה.
המלון מיושן למדי (למרות שיש בו הכל), התאורה בחדר זקוקה לשיפור, והמחיר יחסית גבוה.
Charming hotel with lots of character. Room was more spacious than many others we had in Switzerland, including a small balcony with a table and chairs for two. Very nice. Within walking distance of the train station. Also close to the historic centre of the city and many of the sites.
