Cleanliness
9
Many guests explicitly praised cleanliness and well-kept rooms (e.g., 'pristine', 'propreté', 清掃が行き届いていた).
Service
9
Consistently described as friendly and professional (helpful reception, warm check-in staff, attentive restaurant staff), with a small number of luggage-handling complaints.
Location
9.5
Multiple mentions of a central, convenient location and excellent views; frequently cited as a primary strength.
Room Quality
8.2
Rooms often described as stylish, comfortable and spacious, but some guests noted dated or small rooms, a missing TV in one case and a narrow shower in another.
Amenities
8
Breakfast and restaurant facilities praised and transport-pass/garage options noted, but some negatives (Wi‑Fi dropouts, parking located across the street, missing in-room TV) affect this score.
Value for Money
8.6
No major price complaints; guests felt the hotel offered good quality for the stay, with occasional upgrades and included transport benefits adding perceived value.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast repeatedly described as very good or terrific and the restaurant/staff received warm mentions.
Overall Experience
9.1
Overall very positive guest experience with strong location, service, cleanliness and dining; isolated issues (luggage assistance, small/dated rooms, intermittent Wi‑Fi) slightly tempered scores.

Pros:
