Pros:

Its close to central station and a short walk to shopping and restaurants. The hotel went out of their way to put individual AC units in the rooms given how hot it was.

The hotel offered wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this place. Really nice team working together.
Pros:

I liked my room with a small balcony. The staff were great. The breakfast was a good selection. There was also a lovely idea of fruits and pastries left at the lobby. Coffee to help yourself.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was good.

Superb excellent value for Zurich

Bit noisy at night but the football was on !!

Pros:

The location is good; the room is small but clean and good enough for solo traveller; the wine offered in exchange for not cleaning the room is an interesting idea; and the BEST is the free access to Kunsthaus offered by the hotel.

i would definitely stay there again. Great location in Zurich.
Pros:

We stayed for one night with our family. Had 2 rooms for 3 people. It was during the heat dome and the hotel did offer us a free cancellation b/c of that. They accommodated us by putting stand alone a/c units in our rooms along with several fans and that really helped. One room had a nice view and one room did not, but that wasn't a big deal since we were only there for one night. The breakfast room looked to me in an old church attached to the hotel and was really cool and the breakfast was substantial if you wanted a large breakfast. The staff was very nice to us, held our luggage when we got there so we could tour around Zurich, called me on the phone when the rooms were ready. It was a short walk to the train station as well as old town, very close to the river, which was nice.

Cons:

The hotel does not have a/c, so the hallways were pretty hot. I realize a/c is probably not the most common thing to have in this part of the world. Not a huge deal.

Pros:

Location is perfect, walking distance to the train station and lake. Room is comfortable, big enough and clean. Thanks for unlimited water at reception and fan in the room.

Cons:

We are not satisfied with the variety of the breakfast. It must be improved.
