Pros:

Location. Absolutely amazing to stay in a room where the ocean is your backyard. It was like you were falling asleep on the beach, listening to the waves

Will definitely come again. Great place to stay.
Pros:

We stayed 2 nights here and couldn't be happier. We needed a room that was accessible by elevator and we were upgraded to a nicer room at no extra cost. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable and the view was wonderful. Breakfast consisted of a variety of selections, and the dining room was well attended by employees.

We loved it
Pros:

Very clean and enjoyable. Only issue was people in room below us in 507 were smoking so it came up and into our room on Saturday night. Otherwise we really enjoyed the whole time

Very disappointing….

Booked 4 days.After two days of no room service called the desk and ask what the room service situation was and I was told we had to ask for it. I requested service still never had service for the full four days. Had to go collect towels and coffee at the front desk as well as toiletry items each day if we wanted them. Was advised no staff to bring them available.
A male staff member used key and walked in on us the morning of our fourth stay prior to 0900 without waiting for us to open door. Said he thought we were gone but didn’t knock or wait.

Simply hard to beat this place
Pros:

The staff are great; work with customers as much as possible. The location for access and views of the coast can't be beat in the area. The property has been there a while and starting to show it, but it doesn't affect the experience at all. We try to return every couple years; it's that comfortable.
