Very nice
Pros:

Beautiful location

Cons:

The view of the ocean was blocked by the tall grasses. We had the patio but, I could not enjoy because of my wheelchair not being able to go on the patio.

We really liked the location I would definitely rate this a bit higher but the very musty smell was hard to ignore, fort

Located in a very nice area. Easy to access.

Cons:

Had an old smell that was unpleasant we felt it was due to carpet that really should be removed due to the outdated feel.

I would definitely stay again, they’re were more pros than cons

I love this place will definitely book again. Great food and kind staff.
Pros:

How spacious it was,smelled very clean,spot was right by the ocean,ocean view, staff was very friendly, breakfast and the soup where amazing good. Will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Some spots weren’t clean correct the sofa bed had a lot of sand. The bathroom floor wasn’t clean well. The mesh door outside was broken. But yet managed to smell like new ☺️

The location was excellent. The dog-friendly attitude is top notch.

Cons:

The doors to the hotel rooms slam shut and are incredibly loud! The floors creak and the walls are so thin that you hear parents yelling at their children the entire time. This is not the hotels fault, but rather the parents that aren’t respectful of the guests in the adjacent rooms.

Wonderful place to stay right on the ocean.
Pros:

Loved the location. Looking out and seeing and hearing the ocean was wonderful. The bed was super comfy and nice fluffy towels. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. The breakfast server dis an excellent job. There was coffee and juice drinks all day available in the breakfast area. Every day from 5 to 7 the had delicious smoked salmon chowder and cookies. Short path to the beach. The hot tub was great and they had bathrobes in the room so we didn't have to walk to the pool in our suits.

Cons:

Seating in the living area was not very comfortable. The shower in the bedroom dripped all the time. A light by the chair would have been nice for reading. The hall bathroom needs a hook by the shower to hang a towel on.
