Lincoln Sands Oceanfront Resort, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast every morning. They even let us check in early.

Location and access to the beach.

Awesome place! Liz from the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. She went beyond customer service to make our stay great. All the staff are wonderful. Definitely coming back

At the last for tree days it rained 2 but still had a great time

Very clean and nice room. Comfortable bed and sofa. Lots of room to stretch out and relax with beautiful views. Balcony was set back so blocked the wind. Easy access to the beach and all things Lincoln City. Plan to stay here in the future

Rooms were great. Shower in the middle of the room was a little strange, but work great. Could use a small table in the rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice clean and comfortable bed. The suite was very nice with excellent ocean views. Will stay there again.

The room was fine, but the fees for the pets was excessive! $25 per dog per night. We never ate any of the meals provided, or the pool. Then to get slapped with $130 in pets fees. Plus access to beach was supposed to be “flat”. It was 19 steps to the beach with no hand railing. Little difficult for a handicapped person to navigate

We have been going to Lincoln Sands since before it was a Choice property. The last time we were there, we agreed it was time to find a new beach getaway as the room needs some tlc, uncomfortable seating and very poorly equipped kitchen. The decor makes no sense, brown stripped carpet, silver and black curtains, blue and green print furniture, but we can look past that as we go there for the ocean view which is great!
This is supposed to be part of the "Ascend Collection", however, we frequently stay at the Radisson Portland Airport, an Ascend property, and there is no comparison! We cut our stay short by one day as this property is not comfortable to just chill and read a book in between beach walks.
I will say, the staff at Lincon Sands was very nice and accommodating.

There was a good assortment to choose from. The location was great.

I really like the room, is was very open, and a great view. The place was not very clean though, the floor was very sticky, bathroom not shiny, floor also was dirty, we could see shoe prints, window edges had like bread crumbs and dead insects. It will be nice to add a small dining and a shower curtain on one of the sides for more privacy.

Rooms were good. Breakfast was very good and all the staff were very friendly and attentive to everything we needed.

The variety of food was great.

Love the location and love the amenities of this hotel. Unfortunately this time the rooms weren't as immaculate in the cleanliness department. High dusting needed to be done. Cobwebs on the decor in the room and dust all along the headboard. The breakfast was always hot. The beach is perfect and the hotel staff is perfectly accommodating and polite. Definitely going back.
