Great place on the beach with everything you need.
Pros:

Right on the beach. Has a pool and hot tub. Tho we didn’t get to use the hot tub because there was already three people in it and it was pretty small. Still a good feature. View was great. Rooms clean. Friendly staff. Cookies to welcome us. I was recovering from an ankle injury so having an elevator was a great help. Walking the beach not so much. Lesson learned.

Small hot tub. Everything else was great!

Pros:

The staff were very nice and helpful and the fact they offered soup and cookies around dinner was very nice. The hot tub, pool and sauna were great!

Cons:

There was mold in our bathroom but that was about it.

The location was really great, staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No screens on our slider therefore it couldn’t keep the door open because the flies were coming in. The back bedroom was extremely hot and stuffy. There was an AC out in the main living area however it was blowing out lukewarm air.
Also, the hot and the cold sticker on our shower was upside down therefore, which made us think that we weren’t going to have a hot shower. The light cover in our bathroom, looked rusted out, and you could see the exposed ceiling above it as though the cover for the light shifted over.

This is our go to for the coast. 5 stays and counting.
Pros:

Free breakfast, big room to spread out, walk onto the beach with out a huge cliffside staircase.
Two bathrooms in room.
Full size fridge and table for four people.

Cons:

I would prefer the king bedroom have the ocean view not a view of the walkway for other rooms.
Also the bedroom door doesn't work with keys, so sneaking out to watch the sunset may wake up the kids sleeping in the main room area.

Cold pool.

The perfect summer vacation close to home that makes you feel like your no where near home.
Pros:

Everything was amazing, the pool outside, the location, the room!!! The balcony was my absolute favorite. Listening to the ocean and relaxing with a cool beverage on a warm evening was priceless quality time with my family.

Cons:

It would be nice to have a little store to pick things from.

Disappointing, dirty, overpriced. Friendly staff though
Pros:

Booking.com should reimburse us for false advertising- literally said we were booking a 3rd floor room and when we arrived they didn’t even have a 2nd floor room available so had to stay on the bottom floor- the only reason I gave a 2 is because the staff was extremely friendly and did their best to help us.

Cons:

Everything - except the view- it was dirty, dated and loud. No working screen doors so unless you want rats coming in the door you have to keep the door closed so you can’t enjoy the waves or ocean air. The whole reason you go to the coast and pay for a room on the beach. This owner is so overcharging people and needs to do a ton of work. The fact that this is called a resort is laughable. Just because you hang a robe in the closet doesn’t make you a resort.

A great place to stay with many perks
Pros:

The breakfast was great with lots of options. The pool was a perfect temperature as was the jacuzzi. Clean pool and a good size. There were 2 beds, one Murphy need and one king. Each had their own bathroom. So nice! The deck was perfect with a great view of the ocean. Plenty of parking. It wasn't super modern but it was clean and had all we needed. This was my second time at the Lincoln Sands and I look forward to the third!
