Great stay other than the door situation.
Pros:

It was a good location and was worth the price.

Cons:

The door did not shut until you slammed more than a few times it which is terrifying for somebody who doesn’t pay attention.

Disappointed but otherwise clean comfortable bed.
Pros:

Did not have a view of anything but parking lot. I had found an ocean front room on internet and had problems with hotel computer and called instead and they refused to honor that, Big disappointment. Oh well.

Pros:

Always go to seaside location when we just want a break. Love the beach & close to fun stuff. The beds are sooo comfy.

Cons:

Little thing but voices echoes when folks decide to stop & chat near your room. Temporary complaint.

Won't be back until they update or lower price.
Pros:

Good ocean view room. Comfortable bed. Nice balcony.

Cons:

Tub faucet and spigot were both loose. Tub very slow to drain while showering. Kitchen sink drain slow. There were no USB ports in any of the receptacles so I had to go to town to get one. The door into our room from the neighboring unit would not lock due to faulty strike plate. Dated for the price.

Pet friendly.

Cons:

Staff was dismissive when I asked for a tea pot and when I mentioned that the hot water dispenser in the lobby was broken. Kitchen sink was slow to drain. No tea pot. No full size plates. Window jambed shut. Lumpy bed.

Definitely wouldn’t stay there again.
Pros:

The room is very small, the heating system is very bad, had to get up in the middle of the night to keep it warm in the room, the heater would shut off a lot. And the shower was crap, water pressure was very low, seems like a very old system, definitely need to upgrade that.

It was good but the floors were dirty.
Pros:

I like the bed it was comfortable. the room was spacious. the pool was nice. the breakfast was good and was able to eat in the room. I like that you could not hear the other people in the room.

Cons:

Did Not like the view. did not like the long walk. the bed was to high to get into. didn't like that you charge me twice on my credit card.

First of all,the best Western in the Tri-Cities offers free breakfast, the whole works and your hotel charges $12 for avocado on toast you've got to be joking me there is nothing about this day that was pleasant and I will never ever ever again stay with you guys ever again you filled miserably

Cons:

There was absolutely nothing that I liked not only did my room not have a coffee maker in it my walk-in closet at home was bigger than the room that you guys booked me in and it needs to be explained what an economy room consists of because I would have never stayed with you had I known how small the room was in fact I fell inside the room turning around because it was so freaking small it looks like a room that used to be a closet that was turned into a econo room I even called down at the front desk and wanted to switch rooms and was willing to pay more but you guys did not even make an effort to try to make her stay comfortable at all
