Room was not clean, cobwebs above my bed cannot even put a pack and play in the room as requested lack of extra towels, even when requested
I thought it was a nice, safe place. The rooms were smaller and the property is older but it was clean and nice.
The room was on the small side. But it was OK.
Staff was great. Cookies were awesome. Close to our family camping at thousand trails. Enjoyed your place a lot!!
The hot tub was way too hot and chemicals were burning our eyes!! The showers in the pool area were ice cold!!

The room location sucked as we are elderly and had to carry our luggage down steps into the basement area and the balcony was in the shrubs!! The front desk man was kind enough to help with the luggage!!

Apparently, their nice rooms were all booked!!
We didn’t know when we booked it that we had to use steps so they need to let people know when they book a room-also had to walk outside in the rain to get to the breakfast area!!
Also had to clean our feet after walking on the floor!!

Immaculately clean room, great breakfast (omelette made to order) well staffed, friendly and polite associates. Great view from our room too! Comfy beds, adequate pillows. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!
