Great for our family
Pros:

Our room was very clean, staff polite and helpful, and our bathroom was open, spacious, and very clean. The breakfast was very good and had many options. We enjoyed the omelette bar. The pool was clean and the kids had fun swimming. The hot tub was small but very enjoyable.

Cons:

Our balcony was ground level so we had no river view.

Cons:

The staff gave me a lost of DUMB rules of things I couldn't do because I had my dog. The dog potty area is fake grass ewww I wouldn't recommend if you have a pet.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Beautiful view of the river and Old Town Florence. Room was older but very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good with a good variety as well as an omelet bar.

Basic accommodations on the coast
Pros:

We spent two nights at the Best Western Pier Point Inn during our OR/CA vacation. While somewhat dated, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the view of the river from the third floor. The made to order omelets were a nice touch, but the rest of the breakfast was underwhelming. We really enjoyed the convenient location to Old Town and its wonderful river walk restaurants. In summary, it provided basic accommodations for two nights, but could use some TLC.

Excellent Nights Sleep with beautiful veiw
Pros:

The room was for my parents and they said they had the best night sleep there. Bed was super comfortable which they were thankful for. Also that the breakfast was delicious and more than they expected.

Cons:

They said the toilet felt like it was made for a child, so low to the ground.
