Decent place
Pros:

The property was very clean. Great location.

Cons:

The front desk staff is rude. Many reviews say the same. We tried to buy water but front desk receptionist said credit card reader wasn’t working. Air conditioning in room kept turning on and off and barely worked. Room was too hot and air conditioning wasn’t working properly.

Pros:

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a good location. At first, there was a slight odor in the room, but it disappeared after a while and wasn’t an issue for the rest of our stay. The breakfast could be improved, as the selection was a bit limited. However, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we slept very well every night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Excellent location. Downtown Westfield is only a few steps away.

Cons:

It’s not very soundproof. We could hear footsteps above and below us and outside our door throughout the night.

Perfect for our two nights and hopping on the train to NYC
Pros:

Location is amazing. Breakfast option is nice. Bed is comfortable. Spacious room and amenities are great.

Cons:

Not the highest quality physical location and a bit outdated.. i can tell it’s an older building with a facelift but it works.
