Pros:

Staff were professional, courteous and responsive -- it was a pleasure having them at the desk. The rooms and beds were in excellent condition and all provisions (necessary and extra) were provided.

Cons:

Breakfast was okay; would prefer a mix of egg offerings.

Pros:

The property was very clean. Great location.

Cons:

The front desk staff is rude. Many reviews say the same. We tried to buy water but front desk receptionist said credit card reader wasn’t working. Air conditioning in room kept turning on and off and barely worked. Room was too hot and air conditioning wasn’t working properly.

Pros:

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a good location. At first, there was a slight odor in the room, but it disappeared after a while and wasn’t an issue for the rest of our stay. The breakfast could be improved, as the selection was a bit limited. However, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we slept very well every night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Perfect for our two nights and hopping on the train to NYC

Location is amazing. Breakfast option is nice. Bed is comfortable. Spacious room and amenities are great.
