Location and breakfast was perfect, but the room was not nice as Bedsheets wear torn, Cockroach was appeared in the room

Bedsheets wear torn. Cockroach and bugs appeared in the rooms, & rooms smelled so bad. We could not sleep well because Air condition was so loud.

It wasn’t worth the price, and probably won’t stay here again.

Lazy river was dirty, the chairs seemed old, it had holes in them that had sharp nails coming out of it, the sink was messed up and had water all in the floor, the breakfast although it was free tasted like microwave food. For the price I paid, I literally paid just for an ocean view, and for the water used to rinse off after getting out the ocean.

A wonderful experience
Pros:

The breakfast, staff and the room.

Cons:

Not enough parking. Maybe assign numbers to guest at check in so they will be able enjoy leaving and exploring without worrying about not having a parking spot. Invest in a shuttle bus especially for the elderly.

Views of the ocean was great.
The queen size bed was very comfy.
The a/c unit was very good. The free breakfast was very good. The price for the week was fair for what I got so don't do like I did and expect it to be a top notch resort, because it was not. But the 4th of July fireworks were outstanding. So we're the military choppers that flew by all 4 of them.

Cons:

The room overall was out dated. The kitchen area needs updating, the refrigerator didn't seem to be cooling from the get go. The bathroom needed a lot of updates. I was scared each time I got in the shower, there were no mats or groves in the bottom of the tub. And no hand bar/ rail. So that's a lawsuit waiting to happen. The pool at the South tower was small, and the lazy river was very shallow and small. The pool at the North Tower was better but small. The elevator was a bit scary, no hand rail, no a/c. And the floor needs replacement.
