Location and cleanliness. Staff is very friendly.
It’s aged but that’s ok
Spacious room, great view. Plenty of supplies..coffee. Towels, Great seating beds were very comfortable.
Check in in separate bldg. Was told that bldg was being worked on. Booking.com said yes to pets, they do not honor it. Also asked to change to handicapped room, broken hip, was told no. Breakfast in that same bldg..not where you sleep. There were only 5 total parking places..3 handicapped. The rest was across street. Very inconvenient on crutches.

The bed was extremely soft and comfortable. Being that I was a woman traveliing alone, I felt relatively safe at the hotel. The staff was very nice and accomodating when they realized the room I had booked was on a floor that was being renovated.
I had booked a King size room. However, when I arrived, the room that I had booked was actually on a floor that was under renovations. They gave me a room with 2 queen beds which was cheaper than what I had paid at booking. I was not refunded the difference.
